Cancun-Playa del Carmen
Driver was very friendly. It was a little tricky to locate his bus, but i learned that this is a common issue in Cancun Airport. Driver greeted me with my name, so i was sure i have the right person picking us up.

Horrible, never showed up, I need reimbursed please
Well it never showed up so I had to scramble to find another shuttle, I would like to reimbursed please

Effective
Great shuttle service to Playa del Carmen. Easy pickup from the airport, comfortable ride, and very friendly driver. Everything was smooth and on time, highly recommend! The only thing I can suggest it would be to have snacks available on the shuttle, everything else is just fine!

No show at Cancun airport
They did not show up at airport in Cancun and did not answer phone. It kept ringing. Tried chat no use. I had to schedule other transportation. Will follow-up after I contact them for refund.

Great Ride to Playa
Our plane was delayed 2 hours Then our luggage took and hour and a half. No problem, they communicated with us the whole time upon landing. Our driver Normandy was waiting as soon as we got out of the airport. We will definitely use again.
