Cancun-Playa del Carmen
Driver was very friendly. It was a little tricky to locate his bus, but i learned that this is a common issue in Cancun Airport. Driver greeted me with my name, so i was sure i have the right person picking us up.

Horrible, never showed up, I need reimbursed please
Well it never showed up so I had to scramble to find another shuttle, I would like to reimbursed please
Response from the operator: Dear Rachelle, we sincerely regret the frustration you experienced upon arriving in Cancun. After reviewing your reservation, we noted that the flight information and arrival time were not provided. Our dispatch team relies on this data to track incoming flights and coordinate our drivers. Despite this missing information, our airport staff went above and beyond by actively searching for you across the different terminals. We also attempted to reach out to you through Viator’s customer service prior to your arrival to obtain your flight details. Unfortunately, without knowing your airline or terminal, locating a passenger at such a large airport is logistically impossible. We have already shared the evidence of our search efforts with Viator, so we kindly recommend reaching out to their customer support team directly to review your case. We are truly sorry we couldn't connect with you on this occasion.

Effective
Great shuttle service to Playa del Carmen. Easy pickup from the airport, comfortable ride, and very friendly driver. Everything was smooth and on time, highly recommend! The only thing I can suggest it would be to have snacks available on the shuttle, everything else is just fine!
Response from the operator: Thank you for choosing Caribbean Transfers for your family vacation! We are so glad that everything from the airport pickup to the drop-off in Playa del Carmen was smooth and stress-free. Thank you as well for the fantastic suggestion. We will pass this great idea along to our operations team to see how we can make our longer rides even more enjoyable. Safe travels, and we hope to see you again on your next trip to Mexico!

No show at Cancun airport
They did not show up at airport in Cancun and did not answer phone. It kept ringing. Tried chat no use. I had to schedule other transportation. Will follow-up after I contact them for refund.
Response from the operator: We apologize for the inconvenience and the difficulties you experienced trying to reach our team upon your arrival. It is certainly not our standard, and we are actively looking into the communication gap that occurred during your scheduled pickup. We completely understand that you had to arrange alternative transportation. As a company committed to our travelers, we want to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Please reach out to us directly at agencies@caribbean-transfers.com with your reservation details so we can immediately process your refund. We look forward to assisting you.

Great Ride to Playa
Our plane was delayed 2 hours Then our luggage took and hour and a half. No problem, they communicated with us the whole time upon landing. Our driver Normandy was waiting as soon as we got out of the airport. We will definitely use again.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your 5-star review! We are so glad we could turn a stressful delay into a smooth arrival. Our team prides itself on constant communication and flight tracking to ensure Normandy was there exactly when you needed him. Thank you for recognizing his efforts and our commitment to service. We look forward to seeing you again on your next trip to Playa!
