Excellent,friendly service
Easy to book via Viator.they contacted me to confirm 24 hrs before which was reassuring.we travelled on 25/12 so I am sure it was more of an effort for the staff.Friendly driver Juan Carlos.They were communicating with me as soon as we landed in Cancun and waiting outside although we were 45 mins early.on the day of departure they confirmed they would collect us from hotel at 1pm.But our hotel suddenly txted us at 10am to say the federal were shutting the airport road at 11am.we texted Canadian transfer and they organised the driver to come and collect us by 11.20 and we were dropped at airport.Thankfully the road hadn’t closed yet.we are grateful for their help in accommodating our emergency needs.Thank you.

The driver did not show up
We paid for transfer from Cancun Airport to a hotel in Playa Del Carmen and back. Initially the communication was good and the pickup details were confirmed via email and Whatsup. I messaged the company when we were done with the customs as directed by the company. It took 45 minutes, countless messages and phone calls for the driver to show up. When the driver did show up, he did not wear company uniform and the van did not have a company logo on it. He did have our names, however. Next, when it was time to go back, we confirmed the 6 AM pickup time with the company via Whatsup a day prior to our departure. The driver did not actually show up this time. After waiting for 30 min in the lobby of our hotel we had to get a cab to the airport. The company did not respond to our calls, messages or emails. The cab was $55 from Playa Del Carmen.

Airport transfer to/from Cancun to Playa Del Carmen
They were super helpful and help us retrieve our lost phone that was left in the van. Drivers were courteous. Will use them again

Poor communication.
I reserved this service for out trip to the Mayan Riviera. Since we had a very early flight, I wanted to get to our resort as quickly and seamlessly as possible. However, this was not the case. Our driver was not visible when we walked out of the airport. I had to get the Sunwing rep to call the service, and the driver was standing at the bar!!! We connected and he barely talked to us except to confirm my identity. We got to the resort in half an hour. When we waited for our pickup to return to the airport, once again the driver did not confirm the pickup. It was through the resort concierge that it was confirmed to be our driver. Once again, no communication but to confirm our identity. I am not sure I would use this service again.
