    Highly Recommend..Great Experience

Great experience. My 11yr daughter and I really enjoyed our self. Only recommendation is to have the van better air conditioned. It worked but if you were sitting in the back like I was it didn't stay cool. Overall, will definitely do this excursions again.

    Money Grab

Everything is a haggle. Constant attempts to hustle. From the price of the excursion to the cheap waterproof phone piuches selling at $25, cheap water shoes $35, the lunch is a hustle. They only offer pork or veggie taco and if you want chicken or anything else you have to pay from the menu. They constantly ask for tips. The photo guy said $60 for photos and lied about the conversion rate and charged my card $69. The cenote is really just a pond in the woods (underwhelming). They are constantly trying to sell you things at inflated prices. If it were not for the money grab it would have been much more worth the money.

    The highlight of our trip!

This was the highlight of my trip! I went with three friends and we had a blast. The photo package is more than worth it, we got over a hundred high quality photos to remember the experience. All activities are well-spaced out and the staff are excellent at guiding you through each one. The rancheros that joined us for the horses sang wonderful songs, the ATV and zip line courses are each good lengths so you get a good bang for your buck, and the cenote swimming was wonderful. The tequila tasting was the just a tad bit short, we each got to pick two tequilas to try and it would have been nice to try more, but still great. The lunch at the end was delicious and the shuttle service was convenient and easy! Highly recommend to anyone who likes a good adventure, and would probably be great of children of all ages as well.

Response from the operator: So happy to hear this was the absolute highlight of your trip! Wonderful that you and your friends loved the photo package, rancheros, and all the activities from the trails to the cenote. We appreciate your feedback on the tequila tasting as well. We would love to welcome you all back on your next visit!

Rough pick up experience/great tour guides

Hi…the pick up was very rough. I had two reservations, and unfortunately for me, my hotel pickup selection didn’t save for one of the reservation; when i realized that the day prior to our tour, i tried numerous times to call the tour company to get the correct hotel pick up (but could not reach anyone). Furthermore, i tried calling the next day, numerous times, and still no answer. I was able to get into my Trip Advisor booking to see if i could get it edited, but the edit feature was deactivated. Fortunately (but unfortunately) i saw a “message the tour operator” link, so i did….and that’s where my troubles started. A person by the name of “Alberto A.” responded back to me (and i have never in my life met a customer service rep so disrespectful and rude). I am attaching screen shots of the conversation because reading them for yourself will explain why i said he was very disrespectful. As for the tour itself, once you end up at the park, it was fun. This tour allows a large party to sample and do activities in their comfort zone, which was amazing because our group ranged from 9-73 years old (none of the different activities were too short or too long). The only thing this company needs to do is to teach “Alberto A.” on the proper way to interact with customers that is coming to have fun and spend their money AND to answer their phone or not provide a phone number….that’s it.

Response from the operator: You did not include your hotel name in your reservation, so the policy outlined in the tour description was applied; furthermore, you received full pickup details a day in advance. You had ample time to let us know about your error regarding your hotel as pickup point, and we would have gladly assisted you. Actually, Alberto did a great job by adhering to the policies you yourself agreed to when making your reservation.

    Fun times.

Some of the activities we did for first time so ot was all fun. If you did these earlier still it is worth the experience. Just watch out for extra charges for videos.

Response from the operator: So glad to hear you had such a fun experience trying these activities for the first time! Wonderful to know it was completely worth it. Hope you will join us again for another great adventure soon!

Best ATV Tour, Horseback Riding, Zip Lines, Cenote Swim, Tequila Tasting: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.

How much does Best ATV Tour, Horseback Riding, Zip Lines, Cenote Swim, Tequila Tasting cost?

    +

Prices start at $53 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Best ATV Tour, Horseback Riding, Zip Lines, Cenote Swim, Tequila Tasting take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.

Is Best ATV Tour, Horseback Riding, Zip Lines, Cenote Swim, Tequila Tasting worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 90 out of 100, which we label "90+ Club". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 394 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most highly reviewed in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are. Scoring 90 or above puts it in the Outty 90+ Club, the top tier of everything we rank.

Can I cancel or reschedule Best ATV Tour, Horseback Riding, Zip Lines, Cenote Swim, Tequila Tasting?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Best ATV Tour, Horseback Riding, Zip Lines, Cenote Swim, Tequila Tasting suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Best ATV Tour, Horseback Riding, Zip Lines, Cenote Swim, Tequila Tasting?

    +

Around 138 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Best ATV Tour, Horseback Riding, Zip Lines, Cenote Swim, Tequila Tasting start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cancun?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cancun?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
