A Beautiful Day Exploring Arusha National Park
We had a wonderful day exploring Arusha National Park, and the whole experience was enjoyable from the beginning to the end. The drive into the park was beautiful, with green scenery, forests, and views of Mount Meru along the way. During the game drive, we had the chance to see different animals and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the park. What we liked most was the variety of the landscape, because the park is not only about wildlife but also has beautiful nature and scenery. Everything was well organized, and we really appreciated the care and service throughout the day. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. It was a lovely experience and definitely a day we will remember from our time in Tanzania.

An Amazing Day at Arusha National Park
Our day trip to Arusha National Park was one of the highlights of our time in Tanzania. From the very beginning, everything went smoothly. We were picked up from our hotel in Arusha on time, and our day started with our wonderful driver-guide, Neli, who immediately made us feel comfortable and excited for the adventure ahead. Neli was an excellent guide and clearly very experienced in the Tanzanian wilderness. What impressed us most was his knowledge of wildlife and his ability to track animals. He was constantly observing the surroundings, looking for movement, tracks, and other signs of wildlife, and explaining what we were seeing along the way. His knowledge made the game drive much more interesting because we were not simply looking at animals — we were learning about their behavior, movements, habitats, and the environment around us. He was also patient and genuinely passionate about his work, which made the whole experience feel personal rather than rushed. The game drive through Arusha National Park was beautiful. We enjoyed the combination of open landscapes, forest areas, wildlife, and the spectacular scenery around the park. Seeing animals in their natural environment while having Neli explain everything to us was an unforgettable experience. His ability to spot animals that we would probably have missed ourselves made a big difference. Every time he noticed something, he took the time to position the vehicle properly and make sure we had a good opportunity to observe and photograph it. But the part of the day that I would especially recommend is the walking safari. Getting out of the vehicle and exploring the park on foot with a professional armed ranger gave us a completely different feeling from a normal game drive. The ranger who accompanied us was excellent and clearly understood the wilderness very well. He was confident, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about animal behavior. He explained how animals react to people, how to recognize different tracks and signs, and how to move responsibly through the environment. Having someone with that level of experience beside us gave us confidence and allowed us to concentrate on enjoying the surroundings. Walking through the wilderness was much more immersive than we expected. You notice things that are easy to miss from a safari vehicle — animal tracks, plants, insects, sounds, birds, and small signs of wildlife activity. Being on foot makes you feel much more connected to the environment, and it was fascinating to listen to the ranger explain what was happening around us. The walking safari was not simply a short walk; it was an opportunity to understand the ecosystem from a completely different perspective. I was also very impressed by the teamwork between Neli and the ranger. Both of them brought different knowledge and experience to the day, and together they made the experience feel very well organized and professional. We never felt rushed, and there was always someone ready to explain what we were seeing or answer our questions. Overall, this was a fantastic day from beginning to end — from the smooth hotel pickup in Arusha, to the excellent game drive, the beautiful scenery, the knowledgeable guiding, and especially the walking safari with the armed ranger. Neli was an outstanding driver-guide, and the ranger added another level of knowledge and confidence to the experience. I would definitely recommend Tanzania Songbirds Safaris to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania. If you are visiting Arusha and have the opportunity to visit Arusha National Park, I would strongly recommend choosing a package that includes the walking safari. The combination of a game drive and walking through the wilderness made our day much more memorable than a traditional vehicle-only safari. A huge thank you to Neli, our ranger, and the entire Tanzania Songbirds Safaris team for giving us such a wonderful and memorable experience. We left Arusha National Park with great memories and a much deeper appreciation for Tanzania's incredible wildlife and nature. I would happily choose Tanzania Songbirds Safaris again for our next Tanzanian adventure.

Arusha National Parks Game Drive +Walking Safaris.
The park is not so big but has a lot to offer and the walking safari makes this park very unique. We went on a half day safari in Arusha park, We were more happy to pick this park because we saw many animals in just a very close distance and our armed rangers were very professional about these animals. Our driver guide is very knowledgeable and good at tracking animals and interesting facts. I recommend.
