An Unforgettable Safari Experience

An Unforgettable Safari Experience 🦁🐘❤️ We spent an incredible 5 days on safari with our amazing guide, Golden (Godi), and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better guide! Godi went out of his way every single day to make sure we had the best experience and got to see as many different animals as possible. He is extremely friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and truly knows his work. His passion and good sense of humour made the experience even more special. We did experience a few issues during our trip, but what really stood out to us was how the Suricata team handled everything. Stevin, the manager, personally helped us sort things out, and Jesca, who was involved in organising our trip, was also very helpful and supportive. Their efforts made a real difference, and thanks to them, we were able to finish our safari on a very positive note and enjoy our last day in the best way possible. A huge thank you to Godi for all the information, the jokes, the lunches, the dinners, and all the amazing memories. We will never forget you! If you are booking a safari with Suricata Safari, we highly recommend asking for Godi — you definitely won’t regret it! And thank you to the entire Suricata team for listening, helping, and making sure that despite the challenges, we ended our safari with a smile and some wonderful memories. ❤️ Until next time, Godi! Michelle & Danny 🌍🦁

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that you had a memorable safari experience and that our team was able to make it special for you. It means a lot to us to know that our efforts contributed to your enjoyment. We hope to welcome you back for another adventure in the future. Until then, thank you once again for choosing Suricata Safaris!

Great migration safari

We have had an excellent 5 day trip with our tour guide Steve, and Suricata. We got to experience the great migration of the wildebeest, and Steve guided us through the trip with lots of knowledge and guidance about the history and culture of the amazing Serengeti region. We highly recommend booking with Suricata, and allow Steve to guide your trip.

Response from the operator: It was a pleasure to be part of your safari journey! Thank you for the kind words, and we hope to welcome you back one day.

Perfect 6 days private Safari with Jordan!

Our Safari experience with Suricata was a blast. From planning our private tour online with Richard, to arrival details with Twalbu, and last but not least... the incredible experience we had with our guide, Jordan. Always smiling, great mood, Jordan knows everything about his country from fauna, flora, geography, history... we learnt a lot (Swahili kidogo pia). Jordan also makes sure we have fun, learn, eat enough, and to slow down and stop for areas of interest, even when we were taking pictures of Zebras in front of a Rhinos, which surprised him ;) If all guides are alike at Suricata, I can only recommend. Tutaonana siku nyingine ! Ho hisse la saucisse !

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very happy to hear that your safari met your expectations. Our guides and team work hard to create unforgettable journeys, and your review motivates us greatly.

6 day safari

We had a great safari experience. Our driver, Adam, was warm and friendly and a great companion for our six day trip. He was good at understanding what we wanted and great at answering questions about the wildlife. He also did a good of letting us know what to expect each day and for each park, which was great for us as first time safari-goers. Thanks for a great trip.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your feedback following your recent safari with us. We’re delighted to hear that you had a memorable experience, and it was truly our pleasure to host you. At Suricata Safaris, we are committed to providing personalized and enriching safari experiences, and it’s incredibly rewarding to know that our efforts made your journey special. Your kind words mean a great deal to our entire team. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another adventure in the future.

Top notch safari experience

Our safari with Suricata far exceeded our expectations - we saw and experienced so much in such a short period of time. Felt like a tightly packed nature documentary. Our guide, Dashi, must have been clairvoyant because he always seemed to know exactly where the action was and was so confident from the beginning that we were going to see a lot. And we did! Additionally he was such a good natured, jovial, and well informed person to spend six days with. We truly enjoyed our first African adventure and can’t wait to return! If you choose Suricata for your safari dreams, do ask for Dashi!

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Arusha?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Arusha?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
