    The perfect holiday in Tanzania

We did Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Kiliclimb. We communicated with an agent Jannet a lot, which made us feeling well cared for. Our guide, Julius, was very helpful and knew a lot about nature and wildlife. Everything went smoothly. We had one small issue with the car but it was solved quickly. The accommodation was very beautiful and luxurious in many ways. We saw a great amount of animals (also all big 5:), partly because our guide was in contact with other drivers. The price for the tour was rather high for us but it was definitely worth it. We had a perfect holiday thanks to Kiliclimb❤️

Response from the operator: Dear Sonja, Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience with us. We are truly grateful that you chose KiliClimb Africa Safaris for your Tanzanian adventure and that your journey became the perfect holiday you had hoped for. We are especially happy to hear that Jannet made you feel well cared for throughout the planning and that Julius made your safari both enjoyable and insightful. His knowledge of Tanzania’s wildlife and his communication with fellow guides are an important part of creating those unforgettable sightings—including your incredible Big Five experience! 🦁🐘🐆🦏🐃 We also appreciate your understanding regarding the small vehicle issue and are pleased that our team was able to resolve it quickly. Your trust and patience mean a great deal to us. Thank you for recognizing the quality of our accommodations and the overall value of the experience. Most importantly, knowing that you felt the safari was worth it and that we helped create such wonderful memories is the greatest compliment our team could receive. Thank you again, Sonja, for your kind words and recommendation. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we sincerely hope to welcome you back to Tanzania for another unforgettable adventure! With warmest regards and gratitude, Armystrong KiliClimb Africa Safaris

Amazing safari and unbeatable customer care!

This company truly understand customer care. From the first email I sent I felt welcome by them. Vumilia is one in a million-she patiently answered all my questions. Met me at the hotel the day before for a briefing on what to expect and answered any last minute questions and then came in the morning to connect me with the driver. She was I. Touch each day to make sure all was well and helped me get my phone back that i accidentally left in a jeep. She is the best! If you want to get close to the elephants make sure to go to Tarangire. Those in my group who has skipped that park were not able to get close to the elephants in Serengeti and Ngorongoro. I saw the big 5 and so much more. The guides, cooks everything was amazing!!! It was worth every penny and if I could vet return I will book with them again! This locally owned and operated company goes above and beyond and delivered an experience beyond my expectations!!!

Response from the operator: Dear Shelby Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a beautiful and heartfelt review. We are truly grateful that you felt welcomed, cared for, and supported from your very first email all the way through your safari. Your special mention of Vumilia means so much to us. Her patience, dedication, and personal care including helping reunite you with your forgotten phone, perfectly reflect the level of hospitality we strive to provide. We will be sure to share your kind words with her. We’re also delighted that you experienced the magic of Tarangire, encountered the Big Five, and enjoyed the incredible work of our guides and cooks. Knowing that the experience exceeded your expectations is the greatest reward for our entire team. Thank you for trusting our locally owned and operated company and for recommending us so warmly. It was an absolute pleasure having you with us, and we would be honored to welcome you back to Tanzania for another unforgettable adventure. With sincere gratitude, Armystrong KiliClimb Africa Safaris

    The safari professionals

The safari we enjoyed with Kiliclimb was perfect, starting from our first contact with Janeth, who immediately explained to us in detail the various options available. We customized a 5-day safari that would include Tarangire, the central and northern Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater. Our contact with Janeth continued with a wealth of information, allowing us to fully prepare for the safari. Upon our arrival in Arusha, we had a pre-safari briefing with Janeth, during which the itinerary we would be following was explained in detail. We began the safari with our highly trained guide, Logan, who accompanied us for 5 days with great professionalism and patience, allowing us to spot numerous animals and birds of the savannah, including all the Big Five. Unfortunately, when we reached the Mara River, we were unable to witness the crossing; there were many wildebeest and zebras, but they decided not to cross. Ultimately, we can say that the safari was organized and conducted with great preparation, precision, and professionalism. The lodges and tented camps where we stayed were excellent, even though they were in the savannah (it has been thrilling to hear the lions roar during the nights in the savannah). Thanks to Janeth, and a special thanks to Logan. After our experience, we would recommend Kiliclimb to anyone looking for a memorable safari.

Response from the operator: Dear Gasto , Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review of your 5-day safari with Kiliclimb Africa Safaris. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to sincerely thank you for your trust and for allowing us to be part of such a special journey through Tanzania. It is especially rewarding to hear that you felt well informed and supported from your very first communication with Janeth. We believe that a memorable safari begins long before the vehicle enters the national park, and careful planning, honest communication, and understanding each guest’s expectations are very important to us. I am delighted that Janeth was able to guide you through the different possibilities and help create an itinerary that matched what you wanted to experience. I am also very pleased to hear your kind words about Logan. His professionalism, patience, knowledge, and passion for wildlife are exactly the qualities we value in our safari guides. Finding wildlife is one thing, but understanding animal behavior, reading the environment, knowing where to look, and giving guests the time to truly enjoy each sighting are what make a safari special. Congratulations to Logan on a job well done. And seeing the Big Five during your journey is certainly a wonderful achievement! From Tarangire to the Serengeti and finally the Ngorongoro Crater, you experienced some of the most remarkable landscapes and wildlife Tanzania has to offer. Regarding the Mara River crossing, this is one of those moments when we are reminded that a safari is about witnessing nature on its own terms. We can position ourselves in the right place, study the herds, and patiently wait, but we can never tell a wildebeest when to cross the river. Having thousands of wildebeest and zebras gathered at the river and then deciding not to cross is very much part of the unpredictable nature of the Great Migration. I am sorry you did not witness the crossing, but I hope the experience of being there and seeing the herds gathered along the river will remain a special memory. I am equally happy that you enjoyed the lodges and tented camps. Hearing lions roaring during the night is certainly an unforgettable part of sleeping in the African wilderness. It can be a little intimidating the first time, but it is also one of those experiences that reminds you that you are truly in the heart of the wild. Most importantly, thank you for recognizing the preparation, precision, and professionalism of our team. We work hard behind the scenes to make sure that our guests can concentrate on enjoying the experience while we take care of the logistics. Janeth and Logan will be very happy to read your kind words, and I will personally make sure your appreciation reaches them. Thank you once again for recommending Kiliclimb Africa Safaris. Your recommendation means a great deal to a locally owned Tanzanian company like ours. We are proud to share our country with travelers from around the world, and reviews such as yours encourage our entire team to continue improving and delivering the experience our guests deserve. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we sincerely hope that Tanzania will welcome you back again one day for another adventure. With sincere appreciation and warm regards, Team Kiliclimb Africa Safaris

An unforgettable, perfectly organized safari with outstanding service, an excellent driver, comfortable accommodations,

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We highly recommend Kiliclimb Africa Safaris! From the very beginning, the team was incredibly helpful, friendly, patient, and attentive. They listened carefully to all our requests, showed great flexibility, and managed to organize the perfect safari for us at very short notice—which made the task especially challenging. They also arranged our return flight from Arusha to Zanzibar and personally welcomed us at Arusha Airport with safari shirts and hats as lovely gifts. Our driver was excellent, and the safari jeep was spacious and very comfortable. He knew exactly where to take us, helped us see the best wildlife, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the trip. All our accommodations were comfortable, well organized, and perfectly suited to our family’s needs. Kiliclimb Africa Safaris offered us an extremely competitive price compared with other companies, while providing outstanding service and a truly unforgettable experience. We were extremely happy with every aspect of our trip and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania!

How many days do you need in Arusha?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
