Not sure happy
The driver was very friendly buy you are not efficient … you told us the booking was canceled few hours before and we could not schedule another tour! Moreover we were not able to change date on your platform, so we request a full refund and pay again for another day!!! I check my credit card and I discovered that you did not refund the whole amount you had to! This is unprofessional.

5 out of 5, would recommend!
5 out of 5!! The tour our guide came up with was spectacular and he made great suggestions. The day was tailored to us and we appreciated the time, attention, and care he put into it. The car was super clean and he had a cooler of beverages for us. I will absolutely use him again when I come back this area. He also offers shuttles to and from the airport and I’d recommend him for that too. Polite and knowledge about the area, highly recommended.
Response from the operator: Thank you for choosing CanaMex Adventures. It was a pleasure to be part of their vacation, at CanaMex we always do what the customer requires and we always adapt to their needs. Congratulations again.

Lived up to its expectations
One of the must see's when in Tulum. The water is perfect temperature and extremely blue. The pictures do not do it justice. Perfect for couples, families and kids. I highly recommend coming here to relax and enjoy the experience and beautiful scenery.

Wonderful day trip, and great guide!
My son arranged this day trip for us because I REALLY wanted to see some Mayan ruins and cenotes. It was glorious. We traveled as a group of 10, 4 of my married children + spouses, and my husband and I. Jesus was a terrific guide and willing to adjust and cater the day to whatever we wanted to do. He is very knowledgeable about the area and had suggestions for what we might want to see. We visited the ruins, two different cenotes (we swam at each one, Jesus provided snorkels), had time to shop in town for a bit, and enjoyed a delicious lunch...a place with a camel painted on the wall and wonderful fish tacos. If we felt "snacky" Jesus had a cooler full of drinks and snacks, including fruit and yogurt. The van was comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 10 of us. Jesus was a fabulous host and I would highly recommend him and his expertise!

Perfect Day
I booked this excursion for 10 adults, me, 3 adult siblings, our spouses and my parents. We went on Mar 7, 2021. Jesus contacted me a couple of days before to get our drink preferences, and to let me know he will would need our room number in order to pick us up. We changed the pickup time to a later time, 9:30 which we preferred and he recommended, as when I booked online I couldn’t change it from 7. Jesus was very friendly and really went out of his way to make sure we did what we wanted on our timetable. Jesus provided drinks, snacks, fresh fruit. We loved the Tulum ruins, the lagoon, and especially enjoyed the Cenote Azul. We went to a great local, cheap, delicious restaurant in Tulum that Jesus recommended and it was perfect for some authentic Mexican food with a local vibe, the shrimp ceviche was amazing. We returned around 5:30 pm, as that is when we were done, and we thoroughly enjoyed the day.

The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Tulum Deluxe (Tulum Ruinas, Kaan Luum Lagoon, Cenote Corazon): questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Playa del Carmen.
How much does Tulum Deluxe (Tulum Ruinas, Kaan Luum Lagoon, Cenote Corazon) cost?
+
Prices start at $145 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Playa del Carmen usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Tulum Deluxe (Tulum Ruinas, Kaan Luum Lagoon, Cenote Corazon) take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Playa del Carmen is not rushed.
Is Tulum Deluxe (Tulum Ruinas, Kaan Luum Lagoon, Cenote Corazon) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Playa del Carmen, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Tulum Deluxe (Tulum Ruinas, Kaan Luum Lagoon, Cenote Corazon)?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Tulum Deluxe (Tulum Ruinas, Kaan Luum Lagoon, Cenote Corazon) suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 1-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Tulum Deluxe (Tulum Ruinas, Kaan Luum Lagoon, Cenote Corazon)?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Playa del Carmen can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Playa del Carmen and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Tulum Deluxe (Tulum Ruinas, Kaan Luum Lagoon, Cenote Corazon) start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Playa del Carmen within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Playa del Carmen?
+
On Outty we rank every Playa del Carmen experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include VIP Chichen Itza Private Tour, VIP Tulum Private Tour, Chichen Itza Private Tour VIP. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Playa del Carmen?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Playa del Carmen?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
