Ruben was so amazing and...

Ruben was so amazing and a wealth of knowledge! Booking the private tour was a breeze and we were in contact all the way to the day of our tour! The car was so nice and snacks and water were provided. The ruins tour was so great with Ruben giving a ton of great facts! We would absolutely use him again for future tours!

Great tour guide and cool sights!

We had an AMAZING time on our tour! Manu was top notch and took great care of us. My grandmother uses a wheelchair for most walking and Manu was very thoughtful about how to give her a wonderful experience and he was very attentive. We got caught in a downpour and we still had a great time. The ruins were really cool to walk through and hear about the construction and history. The new museum is on the smaller side but right on site to walk through and check out on the way out. Manu even included lunch and shopping as a last minute add on and gave us great recommendations on where to go. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour and you should definitely request Manu!

First time Tulum trip with friends

Ruben was on time, prepared, knowledgeable, and fun. His van was comfortable and clean. He had snacks and drinks ready for us. I had failed to bring my own water bottle and he had an extra thermos for me to use on our tour. Ruben had nice cool towels for us ready to refresh at the conclusion of our walk. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received. Highly recommend!

How far in advance should I book Tulum Express Private Tour with Museum and Beach. Half a day?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Playa del Carmen can sell out a month out. What should I bring or wear?

+

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Playa del Carmen?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Playa del Carmen?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
