Sunrise Tour
What an amazing experience on the Sunrise Safari Tour in Jackson Hole! We saw so many incredible animals up close and personal—it was truly unforgettable. Our guide, Dave, was absolutely top-notch. His knowledge of the wildlife, the area, and the ecosystem was incredible, and he made the entire tour both fun and educational. If you're visiting Jackson Hole, I highly recommend booking with Backcountry Safaris. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and I would definitely book with them again!

Great way to start the day!
We took the Sunrise Tour and Billy was our guide. He was very knowledgeable and knew the right places to go for maximum experience. We saw moose, a bachelor herd of elk, herds of bison, and a herd of pronghorn sheep. Wow! He also took us to picturesque alpine lakes for the perfect shots. It was well worth it!

Book Chris if he’s available for private tour!
Chris was a great guide. Saw bears and cubs, wolves and pups, elk, bison and more! Chris had great gear that helped zoom in and get great photos

Amazing! Highly recommend!
We did the sunset safari in the grand Tetons National Park yesterday and we had the most amazing time. Our guide Mike was phenomenal, top notch! We saw buffalo, elk, moose, pronghorn antelope, and a yearling black bear! The charcuterie board was also delicious and beautifully curated. Highly recommend!!!!

They cancelled and did not help me out.
This was not an experience - because I got cancelled. I booked a Grand Teton Sunset Tour with this tour company, weeks before the tour date - I can document this. I received a confirmation on the date, time and tour - I can document this. They have a 48-hour cancellation policy for their customers - I can document this. Just over 24 hours before the tour they cancelled my tour - I can document this. They stated that this was due to a policy issue. They did *NOT* offer to re-book me with another provider or in any way help to do so. This is an example of the Very Worst in customer "service". They hold their customers to a higher standard than they hold themselves! Book elsewhere!
