Wildlife and scenic adventure with Marcus the best guide ever!
This tour was amazing if you want to see wildlife and spectacular scenery. You have to ask for Marcus. He was amazing and so accommodating. Marcus considered everyone and their requests. Always upbeat. Marcus could spot wildlife like you would not believe. We saw so many varieties it was beyond our expectations. If you want the trip of a lifetime then ask for Marcus. Unbelievable guide and we left feeling lik he was family. Marcus just wanted all to have an adventure and great time. The photos we took and that Marcus took are beyond words.
Response from the operator: He enjoyed your tour too! Thank you for writing such a wonderful review. We love hearing about your experiences.

4 Day / 3 Night Yellowstone & Teton Tour
Our guide, Mike, was absolutely outstanding. His knowledge of Yellowstone, the Grand Tetons, animal behavior, and the ecosystem was incredible, but what impressed us most was his dedication to helping us experience as much wildlife as possible. His spotting skills seemed almost supernatural! During our tour, we saw: • 3 moose • 4 grizzly bears • 10 black bears • A black wolf • Hundreds of bison • 10+ elk • About 10 pronghorn antelope • 5 mountain goats • 3 bighorn sheep (1 ewe and 2 lambs) • 6 mule deer • 2 coyotes • 2 badgers • 2 red foxes • A bald eagle • An osprey and osprey nest • 2 sandhill cranes • A ground squirrel and a chipmunk The wildlife sightings alone would have made the trip unforgettable, but the breathtaking scenery took it to another level. Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks are simply stunning. By our last day, we felt like we had experienced the incredible beauty of these parks, yet only scratched the surface of God’s majestic creation. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime journey, and words can’t fully capture the awe and wonder we felt. Every day brought something new and amazing. Mike also made sure we had plenty of snacks and drinks. He went out of his way to make sure that each person got to see the “things” they came to see. Thank you, Mike, and BrushBuck Wildlife Tours, for memories we’ll treasure forever. We highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting an authentic Yellowstone wildlife experience.
Response from the operator: Wow! You had some great sightings. Thank you for sharing! We are so happy we could have played a part in such a special experience.

Amazing views and wildlife
We did the Yellowstone/Grand Teton 4 day/3 night wildlife tour. We had a great time and got to see some amazing wildlife with a little bit of luck but mostly due to our guide, Pat’s expertise. He knew where certain animals liked to hang out and could spot things as small as pygmy owls or animals that looked like a black speck even in our binoculars. He set up his scope and took photographs for us to make sure no one missed out. Not only was he amazing at spotting wildlife he also took great care of us. He went out of his way to make sure we were always well fed and comfortable. He was incredibly knowledgeable and personable, and had a great respect and enthusiasm for the wildlife. After concluding the tour, my first thought was how much I would have missed out on if I had tried to go on my own, and how nice it was not to have to drive so I can take in the scenery. I had chosen this tour specifically as it was mentioned as being a good tour for less physically active people (lol) and it was a great pace for older folks while still being very much enjoyable for younger folks. There were plenty of bathroom breaks and a bonus was Pat knew how to avoid the crowds while still bringing us to must see areas. My family really enjoyed the tour.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to write such a fantastic review and for sharing your experience. We are so glad that you had a memorable time. We would love to have you back any time!

Thank you Diego- an amazing Grand Tetons & Yellowstone adventure
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, it surpassed our expectations. Diego was super friendly and relaxed with a clear passion for nature and wildlife. We wouldn’t have seen half the amount of wildlife that we did without him. A personal highlight being the grizzlies and moose! The whole experience was seamless from start to finish and I couldn’t recommend BrushBuck enough. We will most defintely be using them for our next adventure. Thank you BrushBuck and a special thank you to Diego- a true asset to the company.

The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Jackson 4-Day and 3-Night Grand Teton and Yellowstone Winter Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Jackson Hole.
How much does Jackson 4-Day and 3-Night Grand Teton and Yellowstone Winter Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $2089 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Jackson Hole usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Jackson 4-Day and 3-Night Grand Teton and Yellowstone Winter Tour take?
+
Plan for about 96 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Jackson Hole is not rushed.
Is Jackson 4-Day and 3-Night Grand Teton and Yellowstone Winter Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 72 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 29 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Jackson Hole, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Jackson 4-Day and 3-Night Grand Teton and Yellowstone Winter Tour?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Jackson 4-Day and 3-Night Grand Teton and Yellowstone Winter Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 96-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Jackson 4-Day and 3-Night Grand Teton and Yellowstone Winter Tour?
+
Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Jackson Hole can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Jackson Hole and add a light layer if any part of the 96-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Jackson 4-Day and 3-Night Grand Teton and Yellowstone Winter Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Jackson Hole within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Jackson Hole?
+
Jackson Hole is wildlife-first: sunrise safaris for moose, bison and bears in Grand Teton, Snake River floats, Yellowstone day trips and winter sleigh rides through the National Elk Refuge. Guide experience and optics quality separate the wildlife tours. On Outty we rank every Jackson Hole experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Snake River Scenic Float, 8 Hour Combination Snowshoe & Wildlife Viewing in Grand Teton National Park, Best of Jackson Hole Wildlife Private Safari Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Jackson Hole?
+
June to September for hiking and floats, December to March for snow. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Jackson Hole?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
