An Unforgettable Experience with Altezza Travel!

Our experience with Altezza Travel was absolutely incredible from beginning to end! Everything was perfectly organized, and we could not have asked for a better experience. From the booking process to the hotels, the parks, transportation, and the entire organization, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to simply enjoy our trip without having to worry about anything. A special thank-you goes to our driver and guide, Joshua, who made our days even more special. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. His knowledge of the parks and his passion for what he does made our experience truly unforgettable. These days will remain among the most memorable experiences my wife and I have shared together. Thank you, Altezza Travel, for an amazing and unforgettable experience! We highly recommend you!

6 Day North, Central Serengeti to Ngorongoro

We did our safari through the Northern Serengeti, Central Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater, and having Anold as our guide made the entire trip. With over a decade of experience, his ability to read animal behavior is incredible. Instead of just chasing radio chatter or crowding around other trucks, Anold consistently anticipated what the wildlife would do next. At one point, he predicted a hyena hunt and asked us to be patient and wait; sure enough, right after every other vehicle gave up and drove away, the hunt unfolded right in front of us. That sharp instinct also gave us front-row seats to an unforgettable wildebeest river crossing and helped us spot the entire Big Five. He has an unreal eye for finding camouflaged wildlife in the distance and always took the extra second to position the truck for the best angles and photo lighting. On top of that, he’s a remarkably smooth, safe driver on rough roads and fantastic company during long days in the bush. If you're booking a safari, definitely request Anold—you’ll be in the best possible hands!

    An amazing safari with Stephen

We came to Africa hoping to see a bit of wildlife and the reality blew our minds. Stephen was a wonderful guide. He was a very skillful driver and knew the parks like the back of his hands. We managed to see everything that we hoped for from rhinos to cheetah cubs to playful elephant calves. Stephen was incredible knowledgeable, about the animals, the environment, and the great migration, and gave us all the time we needed to enjoy the animals and the scenery. Ten stars out of five.

7- Day Private Safari for a woman traveling solo

COntacting Altezza was the best decision I made. Vita helped me organize my private tour. As an older woman traveling by myself I had some concerns which she was able to address. She was quick to respond, always with options, prices and explanations. Vita’s high level of professionalism eased the process and preparations. The other best discussion made was to pair me with Andrew as the guide for the week. AS this was not my first time to the continent, nor my first safari, I had what I thought were pretty realistic expectations. Andrew not only met these expectations, but exceeded them and gave me the experience of a lifetime that I will never forget. He is a fountain of knowledge, passionate about the wild life and preservation, and educator who will not cease to learn himself. Because of his expansive knowledge and patience I was able to witness a majestic river crossing when most of the tour guides have already given up and returned to camp. HE is also an accomplished photographer and now I have pictures that can rival those on National Geographic. ALtezza’s support was also always on point. I was picked up on time from the airports and hotels, they kept checking up with me throughout the trip to see that all was well. They were in contact from the time I left my house till my safe return. I highly recommend Altezza for anyone considering a trip to Tanzania.

Tanzania: Expect the Unexpected! - A Trip We'll Always Cherish :)

Out tour was: 6-day safari in Tarangire,Ngorongoro,Serengeti and 6-day Zanzibar vacation. We had a fantastic holiday, the whole experience was mind-blowing and very well planned. We felt safe and welcome throughout the entire trip and met incredible people both on the mainland and in Zanzibar. Stephen, our safari guide, was the BEST! He was so kind and knowledgeable, able to identify and explain the different varieties of animals we encountered on the safaris, which really enriched the experience. Stephen went above and beyond to allow us to see as many lions as possible, we saw cheetahs and even a leopard, which we thought was never going to happen (because they are quite shy). The Maasai village visit was one of the most amazing experiences we've had. At the beginning it was a bit of a cultural shock because we expected it to be more touristy, but it turned out to be the real thing, which made it far more valuable and meaningful in the end. In Zanzibar we also had a great time, and our accommodation was lovely. Thank you for an unforgettable experience, this is a trip we will always cherish and keep in our hearts.
