Extremely unhappy customer

Our team tried to contact you several times at the phone number provided in your reservation. We called you, sent you a WhatsApp message, and also emailed you to let you know that we were at the meeting point waiting and looking for you. Unfortunately, we received no response to any of our calls or messages. In addition, we waited beyond the scheduled pickup time to give you extra time to arrive or respond to our attempts to contact you. Unfortunately, you did not arrive and we still received no response. The meeting point and the necessary information were provided in advance. When a customer does not arrive at the agreed meeting point and does not respond to calls, WhatsApp messages, or emails, unfortunately there is nothing further our team can do to locate them. For this reason, this was not a failure to pick you up. Our team was there, waited beyond the scheduled time, and actively tried to reach you through several different channels. It is the customer’s responsibility to be at the confirmed meeting point on time and to remain reachable using the contact details provided in the reservation. Kind regards, Valencia & Go Team

Language problem
The van showed up right on time. The hotel staff was rude saying I couldn’t wait inside. The guide and driver were fantastic! She spoke English and Spanish the entire time. Told us interesting facts. She led us to the caves and made sure we were first in and stayed together. After we were done she gave us time to look at the shops or the picture of us in the caves. I loved all of that. The caves were really nice. You got to go in a boat, then get out and walk for a little and then back in the boat. The problem I had is that the boat driver spoke the entire time in Spanish. I was under the impression that this was an English/spanish tour. I’m sure there were a lot of facts he said that would have been nice to hear. I feel this should be posted in the explanation of the tour. Also, we were told not to take pictures while in the boat till we got through the low hanging parts of the cave. On the first boat he never let us take pics. So on the ride back I had to keep asking when we could take pictures. It wasn’t until the very end.

This is precisely why our guide provides all the relevant explanations and information about the caves during the journey there, before entering. Therefore, you did not miss any of the information included as part of our guided tour. We kindly invite you to check the tour description again, where this information is specified. Finally, the restrictions regarding taking photos inside the caves are established for safety reasons. Visitors must follow the instructions given by the cave staff and boat drivers regarding when and where photography is permitted. These rules are in place to ensure the safety of everyone on board and are not something Valencia & Go can modify. Be prepared to be amazed
I hadn't planned to do this tour because I'd read that you can't take photos. Due to another tour being cancelled I chose this as the alternative and I'm so glad I did. Manuel was our guide and he was terrific. He explained the photo matter is for safety reasons and once you get inside you totally understand why. The boat travels through some very low ceiling areas and people need to focus on ducking rather than photos. Good news is there is a photo stop on the way out. The boat ride is amazing and then there is a short walk where you see cave formations and then it's back on the boat. Highly recommend this tour
