    Best part of our trip

We had the best experience with Michelle on this tour. She was really knowledgable and the walking tour was just the right length of time. It was a really relaxed experience and michelle was great at pointing out things we hadn’t noticed even though we’d wandered the area for a few days already. The venue for food was beautiful, the tapas were amazing and we loved the wines. They’ve really worked out how to get groups to enjoy the evening together. We met lovely people and the evening flew by! Would highly recommend.

BEST food tour EVER!!!! Do it!!

Oh my God. What wonderful tour. Hands down the BEST tour I have ever done. So properly organized and structured. We did the walking and guided tour first. Then the 2nd part Of the tour was the BEST PART - THE FOOD AND DRINKS in this cozy, quaint location. The food was delicious. AmaIng Tapas. And Michelle - just phenomenal. Shes from. Ireland but her Castellano was spot on. Spectacular. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE HER. All tours should be structured this way.

    Near perfect experience!

This was a lovely experience. Paula was one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had — she was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the city as well as of Spain, she was witty and she made sure everyone was always engaged. She even took out time to speak to the group members individually, especially the solo travellers. The tour itself was lovely — my only complaint is that it wasn’t long enough. The wine and tapas were delicious. I don’t know much about wine but Paula took her time to explain and I would recommend the tasting even if you’re not an ‘expert’. I only wish there was real Valèncian paella as part of the tasting — that would have been the perfect finish. But 5 stars for Paula alone! ps. The tables in the outdoor area for the tapas portion are a little small and some larger tables would be good as there wasn’t enough space for everything after the first two rounds.

    Amazing experience!

Paula is a brilliant guide who takes you on a passionate tour of Valencia’s historic city centre; her wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm are amazing! The wine and tapas tasting afterwards is also fantastic; the food is of a high standard, as are the wines, accompanied by insightful commentary. Highly recommended!

    Touring the Heart of Valencia

We had a fabulous experience touring Valencia Old Town with Dani! His passion for, and depth of knowledge about the region made the city come alive for us. As we wandered the streets we learned fun facts, like where the holy grail could be seen, what the silk industry was like, and that Valencia is home to Europe’s narrowest house :). After touring we spent a generous amount of time sampling wines and classic tapas while engaging in lively conversation with our fellow tourists. We highly recommend this tour!

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Valencia.

How much does Valencia Old Town Tour with Wine & Tapas in 11th Century Historic Monument cost?

    +

Prices start at $95 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Valencia usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Valencia Old Town Tour with Wine & Tapas in 11th Century Historic Monument take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Valencia is not rushed.

Is Valencia Old Town Tour with Wine & Tapas in 11th Century Historic Monument worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 92 out of 100, which we label "90+ Club". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 3,664 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Valencia, and how flexible the cancellation terms are. Scoring 90 or above puts it in the Outty 90+ Club, the top tier of everything we rank.

Can I cancel or reschedule Valencia Old Town Tour with Wine & Tapas in 11th Century Historic Monument?

Is Valencia Old Town Tour with Wine & Tapas in 11th Century Historic Monument suitable for kids and families?

    +

Around 1,282 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Valencia can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Valencia and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Valencia?

    +

On Outty we rank every Valencia experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Valencia Bike Tour from the City to the Beach, plus Bike Guy App!, Paella Cooking Class, Wine Tasting & Central Market in Valencia, Real Paella Cooking Class – Market Visit & Sangría Workshop. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Valencia?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Valencia?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
