Arusha National Park
This tour includes a walking safari in the morning. Your walking safari will be led by a park ranger, as a precaution. Walk in nature along the Ngurdoto Crater rim, or the base of Mount Meru, to visit waterfalls (like Tululusia) or cross the quiet plains where giraffe often graze. Because of the walking safari portion, children under 5 years are not permitted on this tour. Ngurdoto Crater
Drive to a viewpoint to see a smaller version of Tanzania's Ngorongoro Crater. Option for your walking safari to traverse part of the crater rim, or along the crater floor. Ngurdoto Crater is also a volcanic crater that is home to a diverse amount of animals. Buffalo and zebra live in the crater year-round, as do elephants, but the world's largest mammal is surprisingly good at hiding, so consider yourself lucky if you spot an elephant during the drive and/or walk.
