Andrew is a great guide
Excellent trip. We have been lucky to have Andrew as a guide. Great. The drivers Denis and Fortunate were also very good.

An outstanding agency
The truth is that it is super comfortable to go with this agency because it adapts totally to you, to your plans, to your demands and it is a luxury to be able to create a totally personalized safari, that for the operational part but then on the human side they stand out even more, all the people from the agency with whom we have been able to speak (which are not few) have all been super kind especially our guide Anzhelin and our driver Godlisen to whom I send a big greeting, it has been a unique experience, all the accommodations are perfect and I recommend 100% going with this agency. Also that if you go with them you are going to see a lot of animals and a lot of the credit for that goes to our driver who ate plenty of carrots when he was little because he has eagle eyes and it is a real luxury

A very special thank you to David and Denis, who accompanied us throughout this incredible journey. They were absolutely amazing — professional, kind, helpful and always attentive. Great Experience
Harold and Angolile have been absolutely amazing throughout our safari. They have been very professional, kind and attentive from the very beginning. Harold is an excellent driver, always making us feel safe and comfortable, and Angolile has been a fantastic guide. Their explanations in Spanish were excellent, and we learned so much about the animals, nature and the different places we visited. They always chose great routes and made sure we had the best possible experience and opportunities to see the wildlife. We have seen so many incredible animals and had unforgettable moments thanks to them. They have made our safari truly special, and we are very grateful for everything they have done for us. We highly recommend Harold and Angolile to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari experience in Tanzania. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

Why this scores 78
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Classic Private Safari in Tanzania 7 Days: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Arusha.
How much does Classic Private Safari in Tanzania 7 Days cost?
+
Prices start at $2483 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Arusha usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Classic Private Safari in Tanzania 7 Days take?
+
Plan for about 168 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Arusha is not rushed.
Is Classic Private Safari in Tanzania 7 Days worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 78 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 105 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable food & drink in Arusha, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Classic Private Safari in Tanzania 7 Days?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 144 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Classic Private Safari in Tanzania 7 Days suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 168-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Classic Private Safari in Tanzania 7 Days?
+
Around 37 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Arusha can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Arusha and add a light layer if any part of the 168-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Classic Private Safari in Tanzania 7 Days start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Arusha within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Arusha?
+
On Outty we rank every Arusha experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Materuni Waterfalls, coffee tour & Kikuletwa Hot Springs, 4 Days Group Camping Safari, 3 Days Serengeti & Ngorongoro Group Camping Safari. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Arusha?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Arusha?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
