While it was listed on our bookings, we were unaware that it was going to be another party picking us up and not "viator", At the exit of the airport, airport personnel showed us a map with viator on it to help us find our ride we spent a lot of time trying to find our driver and it was a very stressful experience, because we weren't looking for the right company. We were very unsure when we finally connected with our driver if we had the right guy or not and we needed to make sure that he had the right information was the right person to be picking us up else we would not have gone with him.
