Long time passenger
Cancun Vans are THE BEST!! I use the exclusively when I travel to Cancun which is usually 3x/year. They communicate with you well on your day prior and day of travel and are so easy to find at the airport. Whether the VIP or standard, it is always a great, safe and dependable experience as well as super affordable.

Would stay away
Would not recommend. Pickup from airport was fine and smooth. Unfortunately pickup from hotel was disaster. We were supposed to be picked up at 12pm to go to the airport. By 12:20pm the driver didn't show up. I called them and said it's their fault and they mixed up the dates despite my email confirmation saying the correct date and me confirming the pickup day when we were dropped off. They offered to send someone but would take 40 minutes- I told them this would be too late. I asked if I take a taxi if they would reimburse us, she said yes they would. We took the taxi and paid $65 and barely made our flight. I emailed them requesting the promised reimbursement and they have been radio silent. I hate to say negative things but unfortunately I can't recommend them.
Response from the operator: We apologize in advance for what happened, since even though our services are professional and of high quality, it is difficult to avoid human errors or anomalies due to weather or road traffic, however, we are always at the attention of any case or complaint that may arise, to make the necessary corrections, as well as to compensate for the damage caused. In your case, despite the fact that on the day of your service it was impossible for us to arrive on time at the agreed time due to traffic conditions on the road, the refund requested by you is certainly valid. It should be noted that to date, we do not have any outstanding balance to settle with any client, verifying your information we have seen that your refund has already been returned to you in the manner stipulated, and was made on August 12 of this year, via Paypal. It should be noted that the reason for the delay in your service was not because we did not have your service at the time and date agreed upon with you upon your arrival, but because of traffic issues, which is beyond our control. However, at that time you were asked to wait a few more minutes for your van to arrive, without this affecting your ability to get to the airport on time, as we always give a margin of time for these unforeseen events, but despite the fact that the unit was already close to arriving at your hotel, you cancelled and did not want to wait, saying that you would take a taxi from the hotel, which logically are more expensive than the price of our services. However, as agreed, you were reimbursed on August 12 of this year for the difference in the unused service. We once again reiterate our apologies and hope to see you soon and serve you as you and your family deserve, therefore, we offer you a special discount on our published prices for your next visit to this beautiful place.
