Unexpected time changes and fees
Our guide in Ngorongoro and the crater itself was great. The guys we booked with wanted to change our pickup time to 3am after confirming 5am as they had another tour they wanted us to meet up with who spent the night at the crater. They also came to our hotel the night before our safari to collect the park fees which needed to be in cash ($80 per person). We agreed to 4am pickup and then at the park gate were delayed an hour as the office there couldn’t validate our permit purchase. The driver (who is different from the guide) didn’t really explain and said there were network issues but everyone else was getting their permit. My guess is because ours was purchased only a few hours before, it wasn’t showing. The driver hit a pot hole so hard on the way that I thought for sure he broke something on his car. I’d suggest doing a private tour to avoid any issues with changing the time to accommodate another group and make sure you have enough cash for park fees since it was an unexpected expense for us.

Amazing 1-Day Ngorongoro Crater Safari with Kilinge Adventure
Our 1-day Safari to Ngorongoro crater Tanzania safari with Kilinge Adventure was really amazing. From the beginning of the trip, everything was smooth and well organized. Our guide was very friendly and made the journey fun and enjoyable. We saw many animals like lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, and buffaloes very close. The views inside the crater were so beautiful and peaceful. It was one of the best experiences I have had in Tanzania. I truly enjoyed the safari and I would happily recommend Kilinge Adventure to anyone looking for a good safari experience.
