    Serengeti/Ngorogoro

We just finished a beautiful 3/4 day safari trip in the Serengeti and Ngorogoro. Even if the duration of our stay was shorter than the usual safari we were able to see almost every animal and fully live the experience. The tour guide Bulldozer was professional, well informed and always with a warm smile and positive energy. The meals, both on the road as well as in lodge, were great. It was an incredible experience… you will find yourself right in the middle of the wild natural habitat of the animals. An experience I will never forget.

Response from the operator: Hello Jambo Thank you very much for great safari feedback we are so excited with this feedback we would like to welcome you back again for the future safari kindly regards David

    The most incredible experience.

We have just finished a 3 day safari in the Serengeti, as part of our honeymoon, organised by Dancing Simba Safari. All I can say is that it was exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. I was nervous about booking through a company I had found on a comparison website, however our contact from Day 1 (Brenda) was on hand to support with our booking and answer all of our queries, round the clock. She tailored a package to meet our budget, expectations and requirements. Brenda organised everything from our transfer to leaving our hotel in Zanzibar to our transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for our international flight. We flew from Zanzibar to Serona (via Arusha) seamlessly (the second flight had great views in a 15 seater plane), where we met our guide (Bulldozer). With over a decade of experience, he stayed with us and expertly guided us through out our 3 day private safari experience. He tailored our safari to what we wanted to do. We seen every key animal there was to see (apart from one), which on a really short safari is testament to the skill of the guide. We have thousands of photos that will last a life time. Due to our short trip, we spent most of the time on the game drives. That said, the accommodation that you choose is important. Where possible, I would recommend a camp inside the national park, they range in price and quality drastically. Our favourite was The Escarpment Luxury Camp - it was exceptional. It can feel scary at night (the camps are in the midst of the park where the animals roam, so important to have somewhere you feel comfortable). On our return to Arusha, we swung by the Dancing Simba office to meet the owner (that we had heard so much about). An exceptional experience that is highly recommended.

    super b

Our Serengeti safari experience with Dancing Simba Safaris and the extraordinary guide, Praise, was nothing short of transformational. This adventure far exceeded my expectations in every regard. From the seamless logistics of the fly-in and out option to the awe-inspiring wildlife encounters that included the Big Five and numerous other species, every moment was a testament to the expertise and dedication of our guide, Praise. His ability to spot and interpret animal behavior, coupled with his passion for the Serengeti's ecosystems, made each game drive a journey of discovery. Praise's educational insights deepened our understanding of the delicate balance of nature and the importance of conservation efforts, enriching our safari experience. The safety, comfort, and attention to detail provided by Dancing Simba Safaris ensured a secure and pampered retreat after each exhilarating day in the wilderness. Moreover, Praise's inclusion of cultural experiences and the opportunity to interact with the Maasai people added depth to our adventure, highlighting the interconnectedness of humanity and nature. As an avid photographer, I was thrilled by the photographic opportunities Praise facilitated, capturing the essence of the Serengeti's unrivaled beauty. The sundowners, set against the African sunset, were a perfect way to end each day and created lasting memories. In summary, my Serengeti safari with Dancing Simba Safaris and the exceptional guide, Praise, was an unforgettable journey that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a once-in-a-lifetime African safari adventure. Thank you to Dancing Simba Safaris for etching the majesty of the Serengeti into my heart, and to Praise for being a guiding star throughout this extraordinary experience..

Excellent reliable tour operator, a brilliant safari guide and an unforgettable experience.

We did a four day fly in fly out safari with Dancing Simba. David was an excellent help from the beginning, helping to organise our trip and tailor it to suit us. He was always available to answer any questions via WhatsApp. He organised a small plane to pick us up in Zanzibar and bring us to the serengeti. This was a very cool experience. From there we met our tour guide, bulldozer. He was an excellent guide. He knows so much about all the wildlife and plants and we learned alot from him. He was also able to show us the big five which we were very pleased with. He joined us for dinner in the evenings in our camp and lodge which was lovely, he is an excellent tour guide and a lovely fun person. The accommodations we stayed in were also incredible. The luxury camp was beautiful and relaxing. We had an unforgettable time with Dancing simba safaris. It was incredible to see all the animals so close up. Definitely One of the best experiences. I highly recommend this company and bulldozer as your guide for anyone looking to do a safari

5-Days Group Tanzania Safari + Coffee Plantation Experience: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Arusha.

How much does 5-Days Group Tanzania Safari + Coffee Plantation Experience cost?

    +

Prices start at $1,200 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Arusha usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 5-Days Group Tanzania Safari + Coffee Plantation Experience take?

    +

Plan for about 120 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Arusha is not rushed.

Is 5-Days Group Tanzania Safari + Coffee Plantation Experience worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 71 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Arusha, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 5-Days Group Tanzania Safari + Coffee Plantation Experience?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 5-Days Group Tanzania Safari + Coffee Plantation Experience suitable for kids and families?

How far in advance should I book 5-Days Group Tanzania Safari + Coffee Plantation Experience?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Arusha can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Arusha and add a light layer if any part of the 120-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Arusha within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Arusha?

    +

On Outty we rank every Arusha experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Arusha Guided City Tour &Hotel Pickup (History, Culture &Market, 5 Days Camping Tarangire, Serengeti & Ngorongoro crater & Visiting Maasai, Materuni Waterfalls, coffee tour & Kikuletwa Hot Springs. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Arusha?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Arusha?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
