A very exciting tour
We booked 4 nights and 5 days, but the 5th day was a complete waste of money. The others on the tour had booked 3 nights. On the 4th day we returned to the camp at 3 p.m. and the day was over because the others had to go back to Arusha. The next day we set off at 8:30 a.m., picked up another couple and drove to Lake Manyara National Park. That day we saw almost nothing but baboons. But to make up for it, Mashaka added the Masai Village to our day. That was very nice of him and it was really very interesting. Organized especially for tourists, of course. The first 4 days were very exciting. Our driver was very nice, our cook, who served us three meals, was a top chef. He could work in a 5-star hotel. I can only recommend the tour. Everything was great. On the 1st and last day we were even allowed to stay in a room, even though we had only booked camping. I'm very grateful for that, because the nights in the tent were very cold. So take warm clothes with you. Fleece jacket, down vest, windbreaker. We really enjoyed the tour and would book it again.

very bad safari
Their very unprofessional guides caused the car accident. All 4 of us were injured to varying degrees. We have not received their apology and compensation so far. This is an extremely unprofessional company.
Response from the operator: I AM REALLY SAD FOR THIS VERY BAD REVIEW. This review does not reflect what happened. The car which posted is not ours. And what happened is just a normal accident in the Serengeti National park, And for what happened we responded immediately and took you to the hospital for more checkup but was no one who was injured. Also we booked a flight for 4 of you from the Serengeti to Arusha. the thing which you are traying to demand is refund for nothing. even in others platforms you talks the different story which is about sexual harassments to our driver guide which is not true, I really surprise for what you are traying to spread on our platforms is really you? We are really really sad that you are traying to spread a false new. Even you booked your Safari through our Safari Agent which you came to us in direct but you are attacking us all, You ware not have a travel and medical insurance but we trayed our best but now you are attacking us for nothing. I finally saying that is a false story you just to spread. we have the evidence and references for what happened and we are ready to show or attaching any where.

Amazing safari - we saw everything we wanted and didn't stop smiling
The best safari experience in Tanzania and the Serengeti! Mashaka and his team helped us from start to finish, allowing us to see every animal our heart desired. That meant The Big 5. Strongly recommend!

+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Arusha?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Arusha?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
