Our perfect honeymoon experience
We booked an amazing trip on our honeymoon in a single jeep, and I would like to highly recommend Oldome African safaris to everyone. From the beginning they were very helpful when I asked a ton of questions to plan our trip. I would like to recommend our driver and guide Emmanuel, who made this trip unforgettable. He made extra effort to show us all animals even beyond our plan, and gave us extra explanations for all our questions. Thanks to him our trip was perfect.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for rebooking with Oldome African Safaris! it was our pleasure having you on safari with us! Happy you enjoyed services for our Guide and that you saw & Learnt a lot! We look forward to having you back again! Regards, Exaud

Absolutely Perfect Safari
Oldome African Safaris is the way to go. Our guide, David, was so knowledgeable, warm, professional, and in tune with our wants and needs. He seemed to know exactly when and where to go to see every single animal there was to see. Over the course of three days, we saw the big five up close, plus countless other animals, birds, plant life, and scenery. I don't even like to take pictures, but I came home with hundreds of photos because I was just so amazed and overwhelmed by the beauty we saw. This was undoubtedly the trip of a lifetime we were looking for. If you're trying to decide among the many safari companies, take my word for it: choose Oldome African Safaris. We didn't directly choose Oldome African Safaris -- our travel agent set us up with them -- but believe me, we could not have been happier.

Best guide, best vehicle, best in Tanzania
We booked a 3 day safari with them and visted, Lake Manyara National park and Nngorongoro crater. The 2 parks where all different from each other which made the experience even nicer. We had a magnificent driver/guide/friend Michael, he is really all knowing about Tanzania, wildlife, nature, it’s like he knows all the animals by name ;) We were a party of 5: my parents, my wife, my 11 year old daughter and myself, we all had a fantastic time! Really recommend Oldome African Safaris

Why this scores 57
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
3 Days Safari Tour in Lake Manyara and Ngorngoro: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Arusha.
How much does 3 Days Safari Tour in Lake Manyara and Ngorngoro cost?
+
Prices start at $1960 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Arusha usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 3 Days Safari Tour in Lake Manyara and Ngorngoro take?
+
Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Arusha is not rushed.
Is 3 Days Safari Tour in Lake Manyara and Ngorngoro worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Arusha, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 3 Days Safari Tour in Lake Manyara and Ngorngoro?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 3 Days Safari Tour in Lake Manyara and Ngorngoro suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 72-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 3 Days Safari Tour in Lake Manyara and Ngorngoro?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Arusha can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Arusha and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 3 Days Safari Tour in Lake Manyara and Ngorngoro start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Arusha within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Arusha?
+
On Outty we rank every Arusha experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Materuni Waterfalls, coffee tour & Kikuletwa Hot Springs, 4 Days Group Camping Safari, 3 Days Serengeti & Ngorongoro Group Camping Safari. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Arusha?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Arusha?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
