Unforgettable Experience
I found Sercar Serengeti Safari through Safaribookings.com and was immediately contacted by John who gave me a call to discuss what I was looking for. As it was our honeymoon, we opted for a 3 day, 2 night safari from Arusha to the Serengeti where we spent two nights, visiting Ngorongoro on the third day on the way back to Arusha. John arranged a private Jeep which picked us up from Arusha Airport and even had a photo of my wife and I on the spare tyre of the Safari car which picked us up, that was a very unique touch. John also arranged some champagne for my wife and I to enjoy at our leisure during the Safari. Now to the Safari, our guide Lossi made it his mission to ensure we enjoyed the trip and provided us with information at every stop. His knowledge and experience was important as it meant that we were able to see the rare animals which I will state below. John also booked a lovely camp within the Serengeti where we spent two nights, it was truly amazing, clean, and safe despite hearing and seeing animals in the evening - this really gave us a Safari feel. John also arranged a balloon Safari for us, which was the highlight of our trip. We were picked up by the balloon company and taken to the central Serengeti at 5 am where we had an amazing balloon Safari followed by a bush breakfast. I would highly recommend this, it is truly worth every penny! After the balloon Safari, Lossi met us at the visitor centre to start our day’s game drive. Truly exceptional service and good value for money. These guys know what they are doing and they are reliable. I would advise choosing them over others as they stand out in a few ways mentioned above, as well as their experience. Here’s the animals we saw: Day 1 Serengeti Safari Giraffe Zebra Gazelle Hyena Ostrich Vultures Hutbeast Top beast Elephants Hippo Jackal Lion (3) Rabbit Day 2 - Balloon Safari Balloon Serval Buffalo Gazelle Antelope Rabbit Elephants Giraffe Vulture Male lion Warthog Ostrich Hippo Goose Alligator Day 2 Serengeti Game Drive Leopard x2 Warthog Antelope Gazelle Hyena Male lion Female lion Lion pride (3) Ostrich Elephants Cape Buffalo Cheetah Waterbuck Zebra Day 3 Serengeti Masai Giraffe Antelope Gazelle 2 male lions Serval cat Ngorongoro Zebra Warthog Buffalo Antelope (big heavy ones) Hyena Ibis Flamingo Ostrich Wildebeest Elephant Lion x2

Above and beyond
Truly an amazing experience with the best possible service. James and John went above and beyond to ensure our experience would be outstanding. We were able to reach them any time of the day and they were very flexible when changes occurred with our flights and more. Our guides for the safari, Maleaki and Levin, were very knowledgeable and gave us interesting insights throughout the whole safari tours. They took the time to do what we wanted to prioritise and were able to answer all of our questions. We visited Ngorongoro crater, Tarangire and Lake Manyara. They were all great and very different to one another. If you want to go to a safari we can really recommend these guys. They are very professional and will do everything to ensure that you have the best experience possible. Asante sana!
Response from the operator: Hello Erik, Thanks for the very kind words and wonderfull review we are really exited to offer this trip to all peoples arround the global thanks and cheers

Why this scores 63
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
3 Days Northern Circuit Safari: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Arusha.
How much does 3 Days Northern Circuit Safari cost?
+
Prices start at $850 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Arusha usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 3 Days Northern Circuit Safari take?
+
Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Arusha is not rushed.
Is 3 Days Northern Circuit Safari worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Arusha, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 3 Days Northern Circuit Safari?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 3 Days Northern Circuit Safari suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 72-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book 3 Days Northern Circuit Safari?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Arusha can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Arusha and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 3 Days Northern Circuit Safari start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Arusha within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Arusha?
+
On Outty we rank every Arusha experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Materuni Waterfalls, coffee tour & Kikuletwa Hot Springs, 4 Days Group Camping Safari, 3 Days Serengeti & Ngorongoro Group Camping Safari. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Arusha?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Arusha?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
