Fantastic experience, highly recommend!
FIF helped me organize a safari for 10 people to Ngorongoro and Serengeti and they were incredible throughout. They were accommodating with changes in our group before the safari and quite efficient with booking changes. We chose a budget to mid- tier package and the accommodation and services were absolutely beyond what we were expecting. All our lodging had magnificent views, comfortable rooms and excellent food. We had a member in our party with dietary restrictions that they were accommodating with. Our guides were knowledgeable and friendly, cars comfortable, and we saw all the animals we wanted to see!! I would highly recommend booking with FIF for a seamless, unforgettable safari experience. Huge thank you to Erik and Sofia for help with organizing and to AbuTwalib and Andrew for being the best guides.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unforgettable Safari Experience with Fif Tours
We had an amazing safari experience with Fif Tours. Everything was perfectly organized and truly exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Where we stayed at Serengeti, Narudi Camp, was wonderful, very comfortable and beautifully surrounded by nature. It was the perfect place to relax after long days on safari and really enjoy the experience. Also food was very good! A special mention to our guide, Jonson, who was absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything in a clear and engaging way, and was always kind, attentive and patient. He truly made the safari unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide! Thank you, Fif Tours, for such a memorable adventure. We would 100% recommend this adventure!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed your safari experience. We’d love to welcome you back for another unforgettable trip with FIF Tours

Very reliable and efficient safari company, great working with them, for sure will use them again next time again.
We were group of 11 people, not easy to handle everything. But the team of FIF (T) Tours and Travel did great job. Everything was excellent organized, nice accommodations and not to mention Safari in Serengeti in Ngorongoro. Our guides were fantastic, very sufficient and knowledgeable. Hat off to FIF (T) Tours and Travel. We are coming back in 2026, again with you.

World-class service, kind and caring staff, highly recommend!
From the beginning, Eric answered our many questions and helped configure the perfect experience for our family of five. We had to change our dates several times and he always answered promptly and clearly, confirming the timeline and pricing. They picked us up at the Arusha Airport and the lovely and entertaining Swale (sp?) gave us a walking tour, found us an amazing restaurant and helped out with a broken phone. Words can't describe the deep knowledge and expertise of our driver and guide Hillary -- just an amazing human! He stayed with us for the five days, locating the "Big Five" and answering our many, many questions about the animals, culture and history of the region. He even joined us for a New Year's Eve dinner at the lodge, which was also amazing. We had spacious and comfortable adjoining bungalows for our two-night stay, with excellent food, a dancing troupe, music and Masai guards to escort us after dark. More "above and beyond" service: Eric booked both a hotel and transport to Nairobi for us and even provided a loaner phone for the safari experience. Just an absolutely awesome trip --We are so grateful to FIF for everything they do!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your heartfelt feedback; we're thrilled to hear you had an amazing experience with us.

Why this scores 66
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
3 Day Tanzania Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater Safari: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Arusha.
How much does 3 Day Tanzania Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater Safari cost?
+
Prices start at $1149 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Arusha usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 3 Day Tanzania Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater Safari take?
+
Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Arusha is not rushed.
Is 3 Day Tanzania Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater Safari worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Arusha, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 3 Day Tanzania Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater Safari?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 3 Day Tanzania Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater Safari suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 16. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 72-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book 3 Day Tanzania Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater Safari?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Arusha can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Arusha and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 3 Day Tanzania Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater Safari start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Arusha within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Arusha?
+
On Outty we rank every Arusha experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Materuni Waterfalls, coffee tour & Kikuletwa Hot Springs, 4 Days Group Camping Safari, 3 Days Serengeti & Ngorongoro Group Camping Safari. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Arusha?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Arusha?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
