Not really about the mussels
This was a disappointment. I was so excited to learn about the mussel harvesting and growth process. What you get is 2 minute-long recordings with the most basic info about mussel nurseries, and a mussel tasting of product that must be harvested either elsewhere or at a different time. I say this because after a frustrated fisherman / boat caption (unclear) pulled three ropes out of the water (about 30 seconds from port), we saw absolutely zero mussels come out of the water -- and learned about as much about the process. (After being told we were there during peak time). Thankfully it wasn't crazy expensive and the spin around the marina was nice, but it's more of a mediocre glass of wine and a quick boat ride than a "unrivalled gastronomic and cultural experience."

We could barely try the clochinas.
The clochinas given to my group of friends and me were all closed and cold. We mentioned it to the guy who was there, and he said he was sorry, that they were probably the ones from the top of the pot and did not get cooked. He said he would mention it in the kitchen when we went down, but there were no more to offer us. We ordered another glass of wine, but he ran off quickly picking everything up. It could have been a more pleasant experience than it was. But going with friends always makes it enjoyable.

No es una situación habitual, ya que normalmente se sirven recién hechas y suelen tener muy buena acogida entre nuestros clientes, que disfrutan mucho de la degustación y de la cantidad. Sentimos que en vuestro caso algunas estuvieran cerradas y frías, y que no se os pudiera ofrecer otra ración en ese momento. Revisaremos lo sucedido con el equipo de cocina y con el personal de a bordo para evitar que vuelva a ocurrir. Agradecemos que nos lo hayáis comunicado y nos alegra que, a pesar de este inconveniente, pudierais disfrutar del momento entre amigas. Esperamos poder ofreceros una experiencia mucho mejor en otra ocasión.

Wrong information on booking
The information in the reservation was not up to date, and the point where the ship left was another. I had to ask at a nearby police station if they knew location. It was raining and I tried to get in touch to find out if it was canceled, and on no phone I managed to contact. Nor by TripAdvisor messaging. After arriving by the hair for the change of location, we enter and stand below. They put the clotoxins on, but they didn't inform us that we had to go upstairs to order drink, by the way queuing a lot. And they didn't even put napkins on us. Otherwise good. Comment that the trays are inside the port.
