Do not use this company. They cancelled our tickets at 10 pm the night before we were to start our excursion. Stood in line Forever only to be told our ticks were not valid. To add further angry The only tickets they had was for a private tour the day we left Rome.

We paid premium price to secure the visit weeks in advance. We were cancelled the day of our visit saying there was a glitch in the system without offering help to get booked for an alternative time. When we tried calling no one was responding.
