Highly recommend skip the line tickets. We were there on a Saturday and the line was very long. We didn’t have to wait and walked right in. Ticket pickup location was conveniently right across from the entrance. My only recommendation is to ensure you have ample time to experience it.

Excellent option
Easy to find your tour coordinator, he rifled us past the crowds straight to the front of the line to climb the basilica. PRO TIP: the stairwell is NOT WIDE. A lot of people were stopping on the way up, impeding progress. This is NOT a two-way staircase. You must commit the whole way and the view is absolutely worth it.
