This was an excellent experience as it was time efficient (skip the queues), had a very professional and friendly guide who explained key aspects in detail and made this a worthwhile experience- thank you Leticia !

Overall a good experience!!!
The actual experience was very good. At times because of the crowd, our guide got a little too far ahead of us and it was difficult if not impossible to hear what she was saying. She was however very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. We enjoyed it very much!!

So glad we did the tour
The tour was well organized. We kept getting info about the tour since we booked. Our tour guide Silvia was great! Very knowledgeable and passionate about the history. I learned a lot about the Roman history and Vatican from her. The only unorganized thing was going up the done but that was not part of our tickets and it took us 2 hours to get this activity done. Thanks Silvia for a great experience

We arrived l10mins ate...
We arrived l10mins ate due to traffic in the area. I had messaged the operator and sent a message before were late and advised them of the situation. I got a message back saying we will be okay as long as we arrive by 3:40pm. We arrived at 3:40pm, but there was no accommodations or explanations, but gave us 2 tickets to the Vatican Museum. I asked 3 employees and were treated like I was inconveniencing them and had to ask where and how to redeem the tickets. We paid $290 for basically 2 tickets to the museum.
