Built between 1473 and 1481, the Sistine Chapel it is the site of the papal conclave, the process by which a new pope is selected. The fame of the Sistine Chapel lies mainly in the frescoes that decorate the interior, most particularly the Sistine Chapel ceiling and The Last Judgment, both by Michelangelo. Sent to another agency
They didn't have enough people so I was given the option to join 'the same' tour but with another agency. Since, as most travelers, our time was limited, we decided to accept it. No documentation/voucher was updated. Once we were at the Vatican museum, we found out from another participant their itinerary was different. We were rushed through the museum with minimal explanations except for the Sistine Chapel, as their itinerary had less time in the museum. We were disappointed and cannot recommend them.
