Torres dels Serrans
The Serrano Towers are a great example of Gothic architecture. They were part of the medieval city walls and were built between 1392 and 1398 by the architect Pere Balaguer. They served as one of the gates of the city with a main defensive function. Because of their location, they were also an entrance for those who came from the Serranos area, hence their name. The towers have two large polygonal towers flanking a central arch. The exterior is strong and simple, reflecting its military purpose. Over the centuries, the towers have served as a defense point, prison for nobles and historical monument. A great way to see the city if limited time.
Knowledgable and friendly guide, great way to see the main parts of the city quickly when on a short visit. There were some hairy moments when on main roads and at junctions/roundabouts but maybe that’s just part of Valencian culture and driving!

Enjoyed our ride thank you.
We booked the one hour tour which was enough because we only had limited time in Valencia. We had time to stop at a couple of markets and the main square to see the location of the Cathedral. Our driver was very knowledgeable and friendly. Some of the roads are quite noisy and busy so not all old town. TIP finding your meeting place. If you cross the bridge and the Serranos Towers are ahead of you, the Tuk Tuk is parked on the RIGHT of it.

Poor planning
These vehicles are electric our tour was canceled after waiting a half hr due to no vehicle available with enough battery power/life. Poor planning on the company’s part.
Response from the operator: We understand that plans can change, but unfortunately this request was made within our 24-hour cancellation and modification policy. When a customer books a 1-hour tour, we plan the vehicle, guide and battery capacity specifically around that 1-hour service. We cannot simply move the booking to the following day, as this affects vehicle allocation and availability for other customers. Likewise, a 1-hour booking cannot automatically be extended to 2 hours. Our electric vehicles are operated according to a planned schedule and battery management, so the duration booked is an essential part of our daily operations. This is precisely why our terms clearly state that cancellations or modifications are not accepted within 24 hours of the scheduled departure. The policy applies equally to all customers in order to operate the service fairly and reliably. We hope to welcome you on another occasion with WalkTuk, either in Valencia or in any of our other cities. 💛

Great way to see the sights of Valencia
Great Tuk Tuk tour of Valencia with Vik . So good to see the city this way and even stopped for photos at the Arts and Science Park. Vik was great fun and very knowledgeable and kept us safe in the busy traffic !
