Excellent safari in private car

Perfect Safari with Peter, kind and highly experienced guide, with huge knowledge, we felt safe as he is a very skilled driver, all the organization went smooth. He knew how to adjust things when needed, and very respectful towards wildlife and animals.

Amazing safari to Amboseli National Park

This is my 3rd tour with this company. We were celebrating our anniversary and decided on Wasili Kenya Safaris because our past tours have been just wonderful. We were pick up at our hotel and went on a 5 day tour from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park. We are always so happy because we get to see all the animals that this park has to offer. I have had 3 different guides with these excursions and all have been knowledgeable and so much fun. My next trip to Kenya will be with this Safari company. It was like coming home to visit friends, this really made the vacation so special. Highly recommend them!

Family Safari to Amboseli

I visited Amboseli national park with my family and stayed at the Sentrim lodges for two nights. We were lucky to have our super guide Ken from Wasili Kenya safaris. He wass informative, patient with our children and was conversant with the entire park.We saw loads of animals,Bigg herds of elephants and on the last morning game drive weather was on our side and we were able to capture not Sooo good photos of the mount Kilimanjaro. The company also gifted us with Kenyan safari hats that we are going to keep to remember our trip with them. I highly recommend this company!

Amboseli and Taita Hills

Great friendly outfit - Wasili Safaris Reliable tour guide in Sammy, focused and always caring and punctual. He new Amboseli, Tsavo West and Taita Hills very well. He gave viewing a great vantage point. Simply no regrets at all. I highly recommend Wasili Safaris to anyone wishing to enjoy a great safari in Kenya and beyond.

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a beautiful review. While TripAdvisor website places stars next to our business Peter Valaris ,you are our real star. Most people don't bother to leave reviews about positive experiences and this is what makes you the star. Its only when we receive such great positive feedback, then do we rest knowing our jobs was well done .Thank you for giving us this proverbial pat on the back, you just made our day! We will strive to deliver greater experiences consistently, please do come again with your friends, family and all loved ones for greater Safari experiences.

Two Nights (Mid-Range) Amboseli safari: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Nairobi.

How much does Two Nights (Mid-Range) Amboseli safari cost?

+

Prices start at $623 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Nairobi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Two Nights (Mid-Range) Amboseli safari take?

+

Plan for about 96 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Nairobi is not rushed.

Is Two Nights (Mid-Range) Amboseli safari worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Nairobi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Two Nights (Mid-Range) Amboseli safari?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Two Nights (Mid-Range) Amboseli safari suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 4. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 96-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Two Nights (Mid-Range) Amboseli safari?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Nairobi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Nairobi and add a light layer if any part of the 96-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Two Nights (Mid-Range) Amboseli safari start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Nairobi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Nairobi?

+

On Outty we rank every Nairobi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 2 Days Amboseli Safari using a 4x4 Landcruiser jeep(with options), Wild 5-Day Safari: Magical Mara, Nakuru Wonders & Hell's Gate, 3 days group joining safari to Maasai Mara with a Land Cruiser Jeep. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Nairobi?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Nairobi?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
