The London Dungeon is a uniquely thrilling attraction that will whisk you way back to the capital’s most perilous past. See, hear, feel and (ahem) smell the chillingly amusing characters of the ‘bad old days’ as they come to life before you. Step inside Sweeney Todd’s infamous barber shop on Fleet Street and let him give your life a short back and sides. Then tread cautiously through the streets of Whitechapel, as Jack the Ripper could be lurking just around the corner… You probably think you’ll be safe after that but there’s also the small matter of the Plague, a vengeful Henry VIII and his Executioner and the Torturer who would really like you to talk. Then, you’ll be sentenced for your crimes (guilty of course) and sent to Newgate Prison to hang! On the off chance you survive all of that, you’ll round off your journey with a visit to the Dungeon Tavern; hear the latest gossip with the locals!

Spooktacular!
Something different for my wife and I and a first for her (I did this tour at Tooley Street). The actors were superb and created a really good atmosphere. A fun thing to do though maybe not for the feint hearted. A worth while experience and f you haven't tried it give it a go!

Book!!! Just book! You will not be dissatisfied
Best thing I have done in London for a long time. Not good for little kids as a lot kept crying as it is a really in n depth experience! Dark! And Immersive! Needs to be a better age limit it's not for little kids! ! However me and my teens and partner had a brilliant time! The actors are on point! The only thing I was upset about was it finishing! I want more!!!!! Thanks for having us! Best day ever 🙌🏽

Our Dungeon is recommended for ages 12+ but allows for parental guidance if any of our younger traitors feel brave enough to enter. Some of our younger traitors can get scared but often many are having a thrillingly 'orrible time as the venture through with glee. The Torturer would be thrilled to have you back again soon if you dare! 💀 👻

The London Doldrums
As the old saying goes 'if it ain't broken don't fix it'.. We have been several times not in the recent past, and was hoping that our youngest daughter would now be old enough to enjoy this once outstanding outing. We couldn't be more disappointed. No boat ride (the best bit), pathetic, repetitive, silly actors with non informative, immature and incomprehensible script, every room had the same boring presentation with the odd bang in the dark. Utterly monotonous and uninspiring if there would be a score for minus points, we would have given them.. Whose grand idea was it to change such a super outing to such an enormous failure?...Big big disappointment, but there is no one to talk too, so just spend your hard-earned cash elsewhere, or walk the dog in the rain. At least it's free.... They should rename it The London Doldrums...

Good fun
this experience was so good, so basicly me my mom my aunt and my 2 cousins went to London, so originally my aunt and my cousin booked in but then all of us went my cousin was scared about going in it took us about an hour to convince her there was a sensory guide on the website too which is good cus both of us are autistic so we got to the place and my cousin was still sad but then a worker apeared and told my cousin that he went through it was he last day and it was fine and that she could leave at any point so we went in and booked it and it was SO GOOD like so some highlights are . the cage my mom got put into (random plague doctor appeared behind her ) . Jack the Ripper where you had to sit at a table me my mom and my cousin sat at a table beside the door (the actor appeared right beside us in the dark ) .when my ma held a random Chinese man’s hand (it was funny ) . and everything else was good 😌 so ye should book this cus it’s not to scary 😦 and it’s fun. anyway if you were a guy who started working in the ld at about July 2025 who met a family before booking THANKS SO MUCH
