Worth it!!
If you’re traveling with a family, or want to enjoy a slow day at Sky Garden, highly recommend getting this ticket for around 9-10 AM as it isn’t too busy, and the sun is out to give you the best views of the city. When you first arrive, you get to have breakfast at your own pace. The food is delicious, but because it is so busy, service time can vary. The views of Sky Garden are amazing! There is no time limit for how long you can stay, so you get to really take it all in. There’s a bar that you can order beverages from- anything from water to coffee to alcoholic drinks. There is a restaurant that is located within Sky Garden, but this is NOT the ticket for that experience. Highly recommend!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your fantastic review and for sharing such helpful tips for future visitors! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your morning visit to Sky Garden, the delicious breakfast, and the stunning panoramic views of London. We couldn't agree more that an early visit is a wonderful way to experience the space at a more relaxed pace and take in the city from above. We're also pleased that you appreciated the flexibility to stay and enjoy the gardens for as long as you wished, as well as the variety of refreshments available throughout your visit. Thank you for highlighting the distinction between this experience and the restaurant within Sky Garden, as this information will be very useful for other guests. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back for another memorable visit in the future! Sincerely, VoxCity

Non existent customer service
Extremely disappointed with the service. I booked well in advance and requested a small amendment, only to be told it wasn’t possible — no discussion, no effort, just a flat refusal. For something as simple as a breakfast booking weeks away, the lack of flexibility is baffling. Customer service is basically non‑existent, and the whole experience feels rigid and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend booking here if you value even the slightest bit of customer care or adaptability
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling disappointed. We understand how frustrating it can be when a requested change cannot be accommodated, particularly when the booking has been made well in advance. Please know that whenever it is possible to do so, we always do our very best to find a solution for our guests and accommodate special requests. Unfortunately, some aspects of an experience may be subject to operational constraints or supplier policies that limit the changes we are able to make. That said, we regret that you felt your request was not handled with the level of care and communication you expected. Your comments regarding flexibility and customer service are important to us and will be shared with the relevant team for review. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve the experience we provide to our customers. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Kind regards, VoxCity

Sky Garden reservation
Even though I made our reservation for breakfast at the Sky Garden months ahead abd prepaud, the day before I received a message that we could not go. This was for my grandson's 18th birthday. I would not recommend this to anyone. They wanted us to go the next day but we had to fly home. Viator did not made our reservation in time. Poor service!
Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience, especially on such an important occasion. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we will look into what happened with your booking. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and thank you again for your feedback. Misleading.
„Breakfast + Sky Garden“ is very misleading. Actually, need to eat breakfast at restaurant with no view on the ground floor not at the sky garden before going up.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the experience did not fully meet your expectations. However, we would like to kindly clarify that in the description of the “Breakfast + Sky Garden” experience it is specified that the breakfast takes place in a partner restaurant located on the ground floor, while the Sky Garden visit is a separate part of the experience. We understand how this may have been confusing, and we regret any disappointment this caused during your visit. Your comments are very valuable and will help us ensure the information is presented as clearly as possible for future guests. Thank you again for your feedback. Kind regards, VoxCity

Why this scores 39
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Sky Garden Access Ticket & 2 Course Breakfast at Larch Restaurant: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for London.
How much does Sky Garden Access Ticket & 2 Course Breakfast at Larch Restaurant cost?
+
Prices start at $32 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in London usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Sky Garden Access Ticket & 2 Course Breakfast at Larch Restaurant take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in London is not rushed.
Is Sky Garden Access Ticket & 2 Course Breakfast at Larch Restaurant worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 39 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.2/5 across 25 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in London, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Sky Garden Access Ticket & 2 Course Breakfast at Larch Restaurant?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Sky Garden Access Ticket & 2 Course Breakfast at Larch Restaurant suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Sky Garden Access Ticket & 2 Course Breakfast at Larch Restaurant?
+
Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in London can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in London and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Sky Garden Access Ticket & 2 Course Breakfast at Larch Restaurant start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central London within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in London?
+
London's best attractions split cleanly: the museums are free and need no booking, so the paid market is about views, theatre and getting out of the city for a day. That makes value scoring unusually important here, and the Outty Ranking penalises anything charging premium prices for access you could get for nothing. On Outty we rank every London experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Soho Music & Historic Pubs Tour, London Small Group Tour of Historical Pubs, The Great British Rock and Roll Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit London?
+
May to September for long evenings, December for the Christmas markets. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in London?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
