Beautiful view!

Early access.. was ok. We were told our pastry and coffee weren’t ready yet and to come back in 5 minutes. When we came back the line was huge and we had to wait, so much for “skip the line” but the view is lovely! I am happy we went and it was worth seeing. The garden plants however I could be added to. Only a flower here and there, the view is the more impressive part of the experience. I would say go if you have extra time it will take you 10 minutes to see it all, and 20 minutes to get your croissant and coffee.

Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to share this with us! We're really glad the view lived up to expectations and that you found the visit worthwhile overall. We're sorry to hear the coffee and pastry wait didn't quite match the skip the line experience you were expecting, that's frustrating, especially after being asked to come back. We'll be sure to pass this along so it can be looked into and improved for future guests. Thank you again for sharing such honest and helpful feedback, it really does make a difference. Best regards, Vox City International

sky garden

The view is beautiful from upstairs, very much worth it. Come 10-15 min earlier as it is always a que to go in. The only thing is you have only 2 basic pastries to choose from; they do have more options but you cannot upgrade and pay the difference.

Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the views and found the experience worthwhile. We also appreciate you highlighting the waiting time and the pastry selection. We understand how useful it is for guests to have clear expectations before their visit, and we will look into these points with our team to better understand how we can improve the overall experience. Thank you again for your helpful feedback. Best regards, Vox City International

Boring

Do not do early access tour. We got to the sky deck at 8:15, ate our pastry, and had to wait until 10 to go on the outside deck My review is not a reflection in Viator. They are wonderful. It’s based on the SkyDexk itself. However, I don’t think this tour is worth the price

Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the waiting time and access to the outdoor deck. Please note that access times and the operation of the Sky Deck are determined by the venue and are outside of our control. We will nevertheless look into the details of the experience to ensure the information provided to guests is as clear as possible. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you had a positive experience with Viator. Best regards, Vox City International

Great view and good atmosphere/ vibe

I would eat breakfast before you go there because yes there is some stuff available but it’s more of a snack then actual breakfast. Also it’s a great place even if you are afraid of heights like I am.

Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the experience and felt comfortable visiting even with a fear of heights. We also appreciate your comments regarding the breakfast offering. We understand that guests may have different expectations, and we’ll look into your feedback to ensure the experience information is as clear as possible. Best regards, Vox City Internationa

Great view of the city

It was nice to beat the lines but there were still a lot of people. The pastry choices were very minimal but the view is spectacular and worth it.

Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the spectacular view and found it worthwhile. We also appreciate your comments regarding the crowds and pastry selection, and we’ll take them into consideration as we continue to improve the experience. Best regards, Vox City International

Sky Garden Early Access Ticket with Pastry and Hot Drink: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for London.

How much does Sky Garden Early Access Ticket with Pastry and Hot Drink cost?

+

Prices start at $19 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in London usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Sky Garden Early Access Ticket with Pastry and Hot Drink take?

+

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in London is not rushed.

Is Sky Garden Early Access Ticket with Pastry and Hot Drink worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 45 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 22 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in London, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Sky Garden Early Access Ticket with Pastry and Hot Drink?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Sky Garden Early Access Ticket with Pastry and Hot Drink suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Sky Garden Early Access Ticket with Pastry and Hot Drink?

+

Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in London can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in London and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Sky Garden Early Access Ticket with Pastry and Hot Drink start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central London within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in London?

+

London's best attractions split cleanly: the museums are free and need no booking, so the paid market is about views, theatre and getting out of the city for a day. That makes value scoring unusually important here, and the Outty Ranking penalises anything charging premium prices for access you could get for nothing. On Outty we rank every London experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Soho Music & Historic Pubs Tour, London Small Group Tour of Historical Pubs, The Great British Rock and Roll Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit London?

+

May to September for long evenings, December for the Christmas markets. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in London?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
