Sistine Chapel

Tickets showed guide. Itemized charges show we paid for a guide. “Guide” contacted us evening prior to morning tickets stating we don’t have a guide, to to entrance. Why did we pay €27 for guided services?

Room for Improvement
Used this service to book a tour for the Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel. The tour was great but the service was frustrating because they didn’t give full details until the day immediately prior. I like to be organized and not be left guessing when it comes to such big life experiences. I had reached out to the tour operators months in advance, right after I bought the tour tickets, and never heard back until the afternoon before our 8am tour time. I was left guessing until the last minute. The ticket you get at the time of purchase, is not an official Vatican ticket, so I wasn’t even confident of it’s legitimacy.
