Five stars because I can't give six
Amazing experience from start to finish. I booked a tour and private transfer with Nuno and forgot to request car seats. Nuno noticed I had kids, clarified the need, and personally sourced and rented the seats for us the day before we were to meet. He was a wealth of knowledge at every location of our agenda but also gave us an impromptu historical tour of Lisbon as we drove out of the city. We enjoyed his company so much that we invited him to lunch, and it felt like dining with an old family friend. We decided to skip one of my planned stops because of the heat and the amount of walking, which was a bit much for my father-in-law, and Nuno quickly adjusted. Instead of ending the day early and taking us back, he recommended an alternative site, brought us there, and we all really enjoyed it. He even bought my daughter, who absolutely loved him, an ice cream. If you're in Lisbon or the surrounding area and looking for a tour, transfer, or even just someone local to help out, save yourself the time researching and go with a knowledgeable local who knows what he's doing and is a pleasure to be around.
