Experience was fine. My...
Experience was fine. My only wish is maybe you guys could have a cooler for beers for the ride. I would have bought one.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! We are glad to hear your experience went smoothly, and we absolutely love your suggestion. There is nothing quite like a cold drink to kick off a vacation, and having a cooler with beers available for the ride is a fantastic idea. We will definitely pass this suggestion along to our transport and operations teams to see how we can make this happen for future transfers. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next trip—hopefully with a cold beverage waiting for you next time! Alejandro Vazquez – Senior Director of Customer Success. NexusTours.

Standing in 37 degree weather and NO-ONE CARED.
We arrived in Cabo and independently found our Nexus rep. (They were all on their phones not looking for anyone coming off the flight). It took roughly 15 minutes for the rep to come over and explain the process to us. (Wait there for others to come off the plane?” The temperature outside was 37 degrees Celsius and you are basically standing in A parking lot with nowhere to sit. After 15 minutes I again went over to ask where our transfer was. They took my email and said 15 more minutes and if no one else came from the flight they would call the car and that would take roughly 15 minutes on top of that. After 25 min I was getting MAD as my daughter was starting to feel sick from the heat. The girl promptly pulled out her tablet and asked if I wanted to see the disclaimer about a shared ride. I was furious. Then while laughing at me she said in two minutes I’ll call for the car. I speak Spanish and was very aware of her standing and laughing at us with her group. We stood in the parking lot for 68 minutes. It was the longest “shared “ ride I’ve ever experienced. I will NEVER use this company again and this is not ok.
Response from the operator: We are deeply sorry and incredibly concerned to hear about your experience in Cabo. Waiting 68 minutes in 37°C heat is completely unacceptable, but the unprofessional and mocking behavior you described from our staff is absolutely intolerable. We hold our team to high standards of professionalism, empathy, and care—especially when families are waiting in extreme weather. We are escalating this immediately to our Cabo airport operations manager to address the conduct of the representatives on duty and take strict corrective action. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for letting you and your daughter down. Alejandro Vazquez – Senior Director of Customer Success. NexusTours.

Cabo Escapade
Our driver was very nice. Supposedly a shared ride but ended up just being us two which was great. The van was clean and a/c was working well. Above all , kind driver .

Great service
We arrive on the 23 March and there was a protest going on at the airport. No shuttle bus or taxis allowed in or out. We want to thank all Nexus guides in getting us out of the airport and to our shuttles arriving at the hotel.
via Tripadvisor
Definitely booking this shuttle in the future.
While the wait for the shuttle took a little longer than we had hoped our driver was amazing. He was really engaging and respectfully asked permission to pass when it was safe to do so. This was greatly appreciated.

Why this scores 72
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Shared Arrival Transfer: Los Cabos International Airport to Hotel: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cabo San Lucas.
How much does Shared Arrival Transfer: Los Cabos International Airport to Hotel cost?
+
Prices start at $27 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cabo San Lucas usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Shared Arrival Transfer: Los Cabos International Airport to Hotel take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cabo San Lucas is not rushed.
Is Shared Arrival Transfer: Los Cabos International Airport to Hotel worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 72 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 128 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cabo San Lucas, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Shared Arrival Transfer: Los Cabos International Airport to Hotel?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Shared Arrival Transfer: Los Cabos International Airport to Hotel suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Shared Arrival Transfer: Los Cabos International Airport to Hotel?
+
Around 45 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cabo San Lucas can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cabo San Lucas and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Shared Arrival Transfer: Los Cabos International Airport to Hotel start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cabo San Lucas within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cabo San Lucas?
+
On Outty we rank every Cabo San Lucas experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Humpback Whale Watching Tour in Cabo San Lucas, Cabo Desert Off-Road & Beach Horseback Combo and Tequila Tasting, Cabo All-Inclusive Private Beach Club with Open Bar and Buffet. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cabo San Lucas?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cabo San Lucas?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
