    DO NOT RECCOMEND

Utter confusion. My confirmation email said dock d. When we arrived at doc D there were other business that were nice enough to call Roger. On the phone Roger said dock A? Instantly frustrated I said that’s not what your emails says. So after my family and I walk to dock A…which isn’t far…they are about 15 min late!!! We have small children, and they have to use the bathroom. We decided to use of of the Marina Resturants bathroom as they could see we were hot and irritated. FINALY after about 15-20 min past the time they show up, and are rushing me and my family to get on the boat. Nobody there has anything that says Rodgers glass bottom boats. We get on…THERE IS NO BATHROOM. Again my reservation included a bathroom. At this point we were hot hand done. The sights were beautiful but we did not enjoy our time with them. I’d book a different company next time. DO. OT RECCOMEND. I’m trying to get a partial refund for their failures.

Response from the operator: We acknowledge that the confirmation email listed the incorrect dock, and we accept responsibility for that error. At the time of your reservation, our boarding location information was being updated, and the previous dock remained in the automated confirmation email. For that reason, we clarified by phone that the correct boarding location was Dock A and let you know that we were available to assist with any questions or help you might need. Your tour was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., and our records show that the boat departed at 10:09 a.m. Therefore, the reported delay of 15–20 minutes does not match our documented departure time. After the dock confusion was resolved, no additional concerns were communicated to our crew during the tour. Any request regarding the reservation can be addressed through the official Viator channel.

    Great experience

Great experience. Good directions to find the boat. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, funny, and personable. Stopped by the arches so everyone could get pictures. The experience was a perfect value for the money and just enough time on the boat to see everything.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tour and found the meeting instructions easy to follow. Our team loves sharing the history, wildlife, and unique landmarks that make Land’s End such a special place to visit. We're also happy that you had plenty of time to take photos at the Arch and felt the experience offered great value. Our goal is to make the most of every minute while showcasing the highlights of our beautiful coastline. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back again on your next visit to Los Cabos!

Tour guide never showed up or answered calls. Do NOT recommend.

We got to the meet up spot and the tour guide was nowhere to be found. We tried contacting them and they didn't answer. Dealing with trip advisor to get a refund was extremely difficult, almost like the didn't believe us. The even tried calling the tour guide and when they didn't answer they still wouldn't process the refund. I don't recommend buying tour tickets for the Arch online, just go down to the marina and you'll get better deals.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were unable to join the tour. On that day, access to the marina was changed, and our team made several attempts to contact you by phone and message to provide updated meeting instructions and assist you in reaching the departure point. Unfortunately, we were unable to establish communication before the tour departure time. We also informed you that if you preferred to request a refund through the platform, we would not object to that request. We understand how frustrating missed connections can be while traveling, and we regret that we did not have the opportunity to provide the experience itself. Our team always strives to maintain clear communication and assist guests before departure whenever unexpected changes occur. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the very best during your future travels.

Roger’s Glass Bottom Boat is the BEST!

We booked online and loved our tour guide and our experience! For $40USD each, we got an hours worth of history, amazing sites, a little humor, a lot of fun and even got to see the fish swimming underneath us! We all fit comfortably on the boat— 7 of us total plus the tour guide and captain. All of us got the opportunity to take pictures with the iconic ARCH ❤️ The crew of two were very helpful, polite and patient with speaking Spanish and English. BRING CASH, because you’re able to tip at the end of the tour and you’re going to want to!!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We’re very happy to hear you enjoyed the tour, the history, and the experience overall. It’s great to know the guide and captain made it fun, informative, and comfortable for your group. We truly appreciate your kind words about our crew and your recommendation. It means a lot to us. We hope to welcome you again on your next visit to Cabo.

Shared Tour to the Arch of Cabo San Lucas: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cabo San Lucas.

How much does Shared Tour to the Arch of Cabo San Lucas cost?

    +

Prices start at $42 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cabo San Lucas usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Shared Tour to the Arch of Cabo San Lucas take?

    +

Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cabo San Lucas is not rushed.

Is Shared Tour to the Arch of Cabo San Lucas worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 91 out of 100, which we label "90+ Club". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 671 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most highly reviewed in Cabo San Lucas, and how flexible the cancellation terms are. Scoring 90 or above puts it in the Outty 90+ Club, the top tier of everything we rank.

Can I cancel or reschedule Shared Tour to the Arch of Cabo San Lucas?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Shared Tour to the Arch of Cabo San Lucas suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Shared Tour to the Arch of Cabo San Lucas?

    +

Around 235 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cabo San Lucas can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cabo San Lucas and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Shared Tour to the Arch of Cabo San Lucas start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cabo San Lucas within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cabo San Lucas?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cabo San Lucas experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Cabo Desert Off-Road & Beach Horseback Combo and Tequila Tasting, Humpback Whale Watching Tour in Cabo San Lucas, Cabo All-Inclusive Private Beach Club with Open Bar and Buffet. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cabo San Lucas?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cabo San Lucas?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
