Artem made it easy and fun.
This was great. We got to dive two beautiful reefs in one morning with no stress. Artem handled every detail kept my son and I informed and aware and helped reduce stress and keep it fun.
Response from the operator: Thank you, Ron! I’m really glad you and your son had a relaxed and enjoyable morning on the reefs — that’s exactly the experience I aim to create. Hope to see you both again for more underwater adventures in the future! 🤿🌊

At least 2 dives recommended to enjoy to the fullest - as beginners
Art was incredible! He switched our dive to Casa Cenote because the ocean was too rough that day…at first, a little disappointed, but it turned into quite an amazing experience - especially because we did two dives. During the first dive, it was a little scary trying to get the hang of it….. but after a short break in between … and Art’s patience…it went so smooth! It was so enjoyable the second time around!!! 10/10!!!! Thank you Art!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the wonderful review! I’m really glad you trusted the change of plan — sometimes the ocean makes the decisions for us, but I’m happy Casa Cenote turned into such a great experience for you. It’s completely normal for the first dive to feel a little challenging, and you all did great sticking with it. Seeing how comfortable and relaxed you were on the second dive was awesome! Thanks again for diving with me and for the kind words. If you’re ever back in the area, I’d love to take you diving again! 🤿🌿

How far in advance should I book Reef diving in Playa del Carmen?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. +
On Outty we rank every Playa del Carmen experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include VIP Chichen Itza Private Tour, VIP Tulum Private Tour, Chichen Itza Private Tour VIP. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Playa del Carmen?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Playa del Carmen?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
