The house where Mozart lived from the age of seventeen. We are going to see the house and talk about it from the opposite side of the square.

Erzabtei Stift St. Peter Salzburg
Saint Peter's is the place where Salzburg was founded in 696 and the oldest monastery in the German-speaking region. We are not entering the church or the beautiful cemetery of Saint Peter's Abbey because the monastery and the church is still active and guided tours are not allowed but we visit the yard of the monastery and I will tell you everything about I know about it.

Fantastic private tour with Birgit Baumgartner!
I had 2 fantastic tours with Birgit Baumgartner of Free Walking Tour Salzburg. First, she was the guide for a group tour of Schloss Leopoldskron. She did such a great job I asked if she could do a private tour of churches, and she arranged an awesome tour designed to cover the history of Salzburg through five of its most important churches. Her background as an art historian really comes through! She was engaging, knowledgeable, and a real delight. I will book with her again when I return to Salzburg!

A fun and very informative tour
An excellent tour with Johannes. Super knowledgeable, fun to be with and friendly. Highly recommend to others. We tried dinner at one of the recommended restaurants, Zum Eulenspiegel. It was very good.
