Be careful !!
Don't book with them. Very unprofessional, difficult to contact with questions and concerns. Did not show up as planned due to heat and never contacted us to inform us. We waiting for 45 minutes in street and we had to contact them via chat no one answered phone # contact. Also booked second vehicle for same date and it bumped us to the next day because of availability and refused refund as we were not going to be in-town that next day. Very disappointed in their customer service

You claim that you booked for a specific date and our company changed it to another day, but that is simply not possible! We do not have the ability to change tour dates; that must be done by the customer. We regret to say that this information is completely false. We truly understand your frustration, but it is unfair to make such comments about our company, as we take the quality of service we provide to our customers very seriously. As you can see, we are the highest-rated tour provider; you are the only person who has ever given us a one-star rating in all the time we have been operating, and this was due to a mistake that was entirely your responsibility. Good but not worth it
The centre of Valencia is pedestrianised so you can only drive the busy roads around the outskirts. We took the ride because we wanted to orientate ourselves but you’re better off walking with a map
