Ideal London Afternoon
Absolutely wonderful experience. Steve DeNiro showed us around the city on our jet lagged day of arrival and was able to keep 2 adults, 2 teens, and a five year old entertained and alert. He found unique views and photo opportunities and made recommendations for the rest of our stay.

Ian Gray was fantastic! We showed up 5 minutes before Big Ben chimed so we had time to take photos and enjoy it! He was kind and had great facts about the sites.

Ask for Julie: the best guide of my whole trip
I had a four-hour tour of London with Julie, and she was absolutely incredible. English isn’t my first language, so I asked the company for a guide who spoke clearly and at a pace I could comfortably follow. They recommended Julie and suggested a call before the tour to make sure I could understand her easily. She tried calling me three days beforehand, and the company followed up when she couldn’t reach me. That extra effort made me feel they cared about the experience I would have, beyond simply booking the tour. They wanted to make sure I would feel comfortable and enjoy it. Julie arrived ten minutes early and was so easy to spend time with—fun, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Whenever I had a question, she answered it thoroughly. Throughout the tour, she checked in to make sure we were spending time on what interested me, that the tour was meeting my expectations, and whether I wanted to adjust anything. I really appreciated that. Since I was on my own, she also took some great pictures of me wherever I wanted to stop. We toured from 9 to 1 on a busy morning, and some streets were difficult to get through because of the traffic. Julie knew her way around so well that whenever we hit congestion, she found another route and showed me things along the way. We barely spent any time sitting in traffic. I’d just finished a ten-day Mediterranean cruise and had guides at almost every stop. I thought several of them were very good, but Julie was miles ahead. It wasn’t just how much she knew—it was how she explained things and paid attention to what I actually wanted from the tour. I would absolutely recommend the company, and especially Julie. I’m so glad they paired me with her!

Well worth the money
Our guide Ollie was so knowledgeable and informative. He was so pleasant to spend time seeing Central London if you don’t have a lot of time or want to navigate through London. He was fantastic in recommendations of places to see and even took suggestions that he could accommodate. It was really a pleasure and would definitely highly recommend Ollie!
