We had such a wonderful experience on this boat tour! The ambiance on board was relaxed and welcoming, making it easy to just enjoy the moment and take in the views. Our captain was fantastic,professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about creating the best experience for everyone. Everything felt smooth and perfectly organized from start to finish. Extremely Unprofessional and Untrustworthy
I had a deeply disappointing experience with this boating company and feel compelled to warn others. I booked a boat tour with them, paid in full in advance, and received nothing in return. To begin with, the company never confirmed the final location details for the tour. I had to chase them down myself, which is not something you should have to do when you're the paying customer. Communication was sparse and vague from the start. Then, on the day of the trip, they suddenly adjusted the boat time with little notice. This last-minute change caused a lot of unnecessary confusion and disruption to my plans. But worse than that — they canceled the service entirely, citing a supposed weather issue. However, the weather remained perfectly clear all day, and there was no legitimate reason for the cancellation. Despite not providing any service, they have flatly refused to issue a refund. I paid for a boat tour, received no boat tour, and am now being ignored and stonewalled. This is not just bad customer service — it’s dishonest business practice. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. A company that takes your money, fails to deliver, and then refuses a refund is not one that deserves your trust or your business.
