    Fantastic school

I’m one week into my two week course and I must say how pleased I’ve been with the school. On my second day, I had the opportunity to have paella 🥘 and then head to a bar with other students. Yesterday I went to a stunning art museum. From the get go, the classes have been great. So many opportunities to practice speaking but there’s always a grammatical focus woven into the lesson. As a teacher myself, I’ve been very happy with the way quality of teaching. Focused on communication over accuracy. I’ve been very happy with my two teachers Maria and Carles. The facilities are fantastic and there’s air conditioning in the school. The classroom is very cool and for some reason cow themed 🐮 I am looking forward to the fiesta on the beach on Friday! Thank you Taronja ❤️

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It’s wonderful to hear that you’re enjoying the course, the activities, and even our famous cow-themed classroom 🐮 — you really captured the Taronja spirit! As a teacher yourself, your feedback means a lot to us, and we’re so glad you’re happy with Maria and Carles and the focus on communication in class. We hope you enjoyed the beach fiesta last Friday — 🌊🎉 Big hugs from all of us at Taronja! ❤️

Fun and Professional Spanish School in Valencia!

From day one, the school went above and beyond my expectations. The teachers — especially Carol and Antonio — are amazing. They teach in a super playful and easy-to-understand way that makes learning fun. Their energy is contagious, and the classes never feel boring or stressful. What really stands out is how interactive and lively everything is. This isn’t your typical school — every day is different, and the daily activities are a great way to meet people and practise Spanish in real life. The school is also in a prime location, right in El Carmen, near the famous Torres de Serranos. It’s such a cool area to explore before or after class. If you’re thinking about learning Spanish, I highly recommend Taronja. Great vibes, amazing teachers and team!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much! 🌟 We're thrilled you enjoyed the vibe, the classes, and our amazing teachers, Carol and Antonio — they’ll be so happy to hear this! Learning should be fun, and we’re glad you felt that energy every day. Hope to see you again for more Spanish, more laughs, and maybe a tapa or two 😉 — The Taronja Team 💛

    Fun and effective Spanish lessons

I was very impressed with Taronja school. Our group was put together well and our teachers (Nuria and Carol) were excellent. The balance between learning and fun was great. The classes were challenging and everyone was encouraged to contribute in a meaningful way. We were only there for four days as there was a public holiday but I would be happy to return for a longer stay.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re really happy to hear that you enjoyed your experience at Taronja, even if it was just for a few days. 😊 We’ll make sure to pass your kind words on to Nuria and Carol – they’ll be thrilled! It’s great to know you felt the perfect balance between learning and having fun – that’s exactly what we aim for. We’d love to welcome you back for a longer stay in the future! A big hug from the whole Taronja team. 🌟

Both the guide and teacher were fantastic! I think you can try this experience for the language and to know different culture and mentality.

Most fun & family like school where you learn in a super fun way

I was only here for 1 week, but I had the best time ever! The Spanish classes are made really fun, but you also honestly learn a lot, even in 1 week. We played games to learn words, grammar and pronunciation. The two teachers I had (Carol y Pablo) we’re really nice and funny. The school also offers a lot of activities which are almost free, in this way you can make friends really fast and thats super nice, especially when you come here on your own. The school itself is right in the city centre, so thats honestly a beautiful location. Everyone should visit Valencia once in their life because the vibes are amazing. I would defenitely recommend this to anyone who wants to learn Spanish, the school almost feels like a family. I am already planning when I can come back:).

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your lovely words! It makes us so happy to hear that you had such a great time, even in just one week. 😊 Carol and Pablo will be delighted to know they made such a positive impact on your learning experience! We’re also glad you enjoyed the activities and made new friends — that's exactly the experience we hope every student will have. You’re always welcome back to your Taronja family whenever you’re ready! Big hugs from sunny Valencia! ☀️🌸

One Week Intensive Spanish Course with Cultural Activities: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Valencia.

How much does One Week Intensive Spanish Course with Cultural Activities cost?

    +

Prices start at $255 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Valencia usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does One Week Intensive Spanish Course with Cultural Activities take?

    +

Plan for about 120 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Valencia is not rushed.

Is One Week Intensive Spanish Course with Cultural Activities worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 73 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 30 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Valencia, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule One Week Intensive Spanish Course with Cultural Activities?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is One Week Intensive Spanish Course with Cultural Activities suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 120-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book One Week Intensive Spanish Course with Cultural Activities?

    +

Around 11 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Valencia can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Valencia and add a light layer if any part of the 120-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does One Week Intensive Spanish Course with Cultural Activities start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Valencia within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Valencia?

    +

On Outty we rank every Valencia experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Valencia Bike Tour from the City to the Beach, plus Bike Guy App!, Paella Cooking Class, Wine Tasting & Central Market in Valencia, Real Paella Cooking Class – Market Visit & Sangría Workshop. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Valencia?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Valencia?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
