Humla District where century old Buddhist traditions still exist and the people of the north-western part of the district are more like their Tibetan neighbors to the north than their Hindu neighbors in the south-east part of the district. we see breathtaking beauty of alpine nature that include Himalayas like Saipal (7031 m), Byas Rishi, Api, Kanjirowa, Kanti, Gorakh Himalayas. The beauty nature from here stretches until the Himalayan Peaks in Tibet, which include sacred Peak, Mt. Kailash and Gorlamdanda. The view of Lake Mansarovar lying at the foothills of Kailash is enchanting view.
