Great experience in the everest region

The trip was excellent! This was our third trip to Nepal after Annapurnatrek and Kailash and agencywise it was by far the best one! Already the time in Kathmandu was greatly planned. During the trek and climb (14 days) everything worked out perfectly. Our guide (Nigma, a multiple Everest summiter (!)) was more then experienced and summit days was a blast for me and my son (16 y.). On ChoLa Pass (5.300 m) we got in a little trouble, since my wife had problems with the altitude, but this was solved immidiatly by our guide with a bottle of oxygene and she got down safely. As far as I can tell, we always stayed in the nicest guest- and teahoues and our guide was more than helpful to take care for our everyday needs and wishes. Overall I can just highly recommend Dreams Himalaya Adventures for a trip the Himalayas, may it be a trek or a summitadventure.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much Patrick and Family..we would love see you soon for another adventurous trip in NEPAL...lots of love to all of you..

A Wonderful Himalayan Adventure with Dream Himalaya and Guide Karma

Dream Himalaya provided an unforgettable adventure led by our exceptional guide Karma. His expertise, coupled with his genuine love and joy for the mountains, made him an absolute joy to be with for three weeks. With his support and the rest of the team, we successfully climbed Lobuche Peak. We couldn't have achieved it without Dawa's professionalism, meticulous planning, and genuine care.

Response from the operator: thank you very much for your trip review

Lobuche EBC

This was my 3rd trip with Dream Himalaya Adventures – as before, everything was well organised and ran smoothly. They deliver a professional service, with a personal touch. Even if plans change, as they sometimes do in the mountains, Dawa and his team have the resources and connections to quickly adapt and make alternative arrangements, which is comforting to know when you are trekking or climbing in remote areas. I highly recommend Dream Himalaya Adventures – and thanks again to Dawa, Ten Di, Karma, Yeshi, Furi, Gyalje, Phurba, all the porters and the entire team at base camp for the fun trek, a safe & successful summit and a fantastic time at base camp - hope to see you again soon!

Response from the operator: Thank you very much Jeanne Marie for the review, we will be looking forward for your 4th trip with us soon. Wish you have a good day and lots of LOVE from NEPAL. Dawa and Team Dream Himalaya

Lobuche Peak Climbing on 21 Days: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.

How much does Lobuche Peak Climbing on 21 Days cost?

+

Prices start at $3085 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Lobuche Peak Climbing on 21 Days take?

+

Plan for about 480 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.

Is Lobuche Peak Climbing on 21 Days worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Lobuche Peak Climbing on 21 Days?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Lobuche Peak Climbing on 21 Days suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 16. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 480-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Lobuche Peak Climbing on 21 Days?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 480-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Lobuche Peak Climbing on 21 Days start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?

+

On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour | UNESCO World Heritage sites, Classic Everest Base Camp Trek, Manaslu Circuit Trek. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kathmandu?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
