Exploring the less explored, newly opened, lush jungle, striking views of remarkable Himalayan vistas along with preserved Tibetan cultural are the perfect highlights of Manaslu circuit trek. After driving 7 hrs North west from Kathmandu the trek begins from Soti khola & provides us a rare opportunity of exploring the rural villages of Nepal as it was 50 years ago and many more natural beauties. The eighth tallest mountain in the world Mt. Manaslu 8163 m from the sea level & it's Base Camp, Pungen Gumpa, open Tibet border Rui La 4998m and crossing the challenging Larke La 5160m make our trip exceptionally memorable. Standing at the top of the Larke La and observing only towering white Himalayas surroundings compensate our hard effort so far & won't let you less joy than natural paradise. The 14 days hike in Manaslu region is the best way of mentally refreshing and spending few days of your life. If you have further query please feel free to contact us now.

Amazing trekking Manaslu

I did the Manaslu Circuit trek in begin April with my friend to celebrate our 40th birthday and longtime friendship. We booked directly with Nepal Trekking Experts. Along came Tim from Australië. We had an amazing trip, unbelieveble scenery nice weather, and the best guide you can wish for Thakur. Thakur give us advice along the way, was always wright and acted as our butler in the hostels! He made our experience extra special, always made sure you were looked after and that everything was going good. If we come back some day we defenitly are booking with Nepal Trekking Experts again. The do the extra's for you before, during and after you come back. Overall 10 out of 10 life time experience. Thank you fore everything Thakur and team.

Manaslu Circuit Trek

We booked the Manaslu Circuit trek and had a very pleasant experience with Nepal Trekking Experts. The communication beforehand was clear and transparent, which made us feel like we were in good hands. During the trek, we were excellently guided by Dinesh. He was able to answer every question and was well-prepared. He often knew the local people in the tea houses, which added real value. We would highly recommend Nepal Trekking Experts, Rajesh, and Dinesh.

Manaslu circuit with Nepal Trekking Experts

We were so well looked after by the Nepal Trekking Experts team. It was the perfect way to enjoy our trek because all we had to worry about was walking each day, everything else was taken care of for us. We felt safe like we could really rely on our guides and it was great to have someone to ask questions to when in a new area. Great value for money, we will definitely be back.

10/10 experience with a wonderful company.

I did both the Manaslu Circuit trek and a Chitwan Safari with Nepal Trekking Experts, and the entire experience was flawless. Everything was incredibly well-organized and ran perfectly smoothly from start to finish. Beyond their amazing logistics, they are an exceptionally kind, generous, and attentive company that truly goes above and beyond for their clients. If you want a seamless, stress-free adventure in Nepal, book with them—you won't regret it.

Manaslu Circuit Trek: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.

How much does Manaslu Circuit Trek cost?

+

Prices start at $1090 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Manaslu Circuit Trek take?

+

Plan for about 408 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.

Is Manaslu Circuit Trek worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 97 out of 100, which we label "Peak Performance". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 390 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most highly reviewed in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are. Scoring 90 or above puts it in the Outty 90+ Club, the top tier of everything we rank.

Can I cancel or reschedule Manaslu Circuit Trek?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Manaslu Circuit Trek suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 10. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 408-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Manaslu Circuit Trek?

+

Around 137 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 408-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Manaslu Circuit Trek start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?

+

On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Manaslu Circuit Trek, Kathmandu Sightseeing | UNESCO World Heritage sites Private/Group, Classic Everest Base Camp Trek. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kathmandu?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
