Excellent tour full of unmissable sights.

This tour was really enjoyable and excellent value for money. The bus was full and due to other tours there were queues at some of the attractions but our guide expedited our entrance in each place. The places we visited were beautiful and we would not have managed to get there without doing the tour. It was a long day but completely worthwhile. Comfort breaks were built in to allow us to buy refreshments and so on. Our tour guide was Wendy, who was absolutely brilliant - she gave us really interesting information regarding all the stops and more! The driver, Vangelis, was also helpful and polite. Best for any visitor looking to get more out of their visit to beautiful Kefalonia!

Excellent overview of Kefalonia

Excellent day trip. -‘our guide Wendy was very informative and knew a huge amount of detail about the island, the driver, Stratos was careful and friendly. It was a full day and good fun. Probably the only let down was the boat guide in the Melissani cave, who no one understood and wasn’t at all engaging. Overall though, a fantastic day - thoroughly recommended.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your detailed and wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that Wendy and Stratos helped make your day enjoyable with their knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. We’re sorry the Melissani Cave boat guide did not meet your expectations, and we truly appreciate you sharing this feedback. We’re very happy you had a fantastic day overall and would love to welcome you again!

Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cephalonia?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cephalonia?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
