Small walk.

Great Day of Hiking.
We had a wonderful experience. By chance we were the only 2 in our group. Ricardo our guide was able to personalize the hiking to our interest and fitness level. He brought us up through some villages and to some great waterfall locations. Due to drought conditions there was very little water, but still beautiful! Ricardo was knowledgable and pleasant to spend the day with. We loved it.

Geres National Park
This tour was a great day out in the Geres National Park. Bruno has excellent local knowlege, and the groups are small and personal, which made it all the more enjoyable. The kayak, treks, and swims were great fun in this stunning area. The visit to the Wolf village was unexpected, and being a Wolf lover, it was a wonderful surprise for me. I would highly recommend this tour with Trek Portugal in the beautiful National Park.

Great experience with a great guide
Ricardo or guide was very respectful , friendly and helpful. We first went kayaking in a beautiful lake, very tranquil and lovely scenery. Ricardo made us take our time and he never rushed us. Then he took us to Ardo Waterfalls where we hiked some steep steps but very doable. He kept taking pictures of us there and sharing them with me later. After that we went to lunch where he sat with us and recommended food to eat. Great lunch After that we went to the wolf trap and Ricardo told us how they trapped wolves that killed the cattle in old days. When though we were 65+ years old, we all were able to climb the big mountain there to the very top and then back,b with Ricardo's help and guidance. He was watching out for everyone in the group. Thank you Ricardo, we had a great time. Mona

Once in a lifetime experience!
This was an excellent excursion for our family of four (2 adults & 2 teenagers). We kayaked at a beautiful remote location. Then took a peaceful hike thru an old village to a gorgeous waterfall where we climbed the rocks to swim near the top. Once in a lifetime experience. I would highly recommend this experience.

Kayak Experience & Gerês Tour, from Porto: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Porto.
How much does Kayak Experience & Gerês Tour, from Porto cost?
+
Prices start at $159 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Porto usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Kayak Experience & Gerês Tour, from Porto take?
+
Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Porto is not rushed.
Is Kayak Experience & Gerês Tour, from Porto worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Porto, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Kayak Experience & Gerês Tour, from Porto?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Kayak Experience & Gerês Tour, from Porto suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Kayak Experience & Gerês Tour, from Porto?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Porto can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Porto and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Kayak Experience & Gerês Tour, from Porto start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Porto within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Porto?
+
On Outty we rank every Porto experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Unvanquished Tour in Porto City Center, Porto's #1 Walking Tour, Small Group Geres National Park Full Day with picnic from Porto. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Porto?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Porto?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
