Good Zip Line tour.

Very good length and speed on this zip line. Prefer the sitting position more than the laid down position they use. However, the length, speed and height were all fantastic. Overall recommend this to anyone who likes zip lines.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your great review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the length, speed, and height of the zip line experience and found it exciting and memorable. It’s also wonderful to know that you appreciated the seated position setup and had such a positive overall experience. Your recommendation means a lot to us, especially for fellow adventure lovers visiting Nepal. Thank you again for choosing Luxury Holidays Nepal, and we hope to welcome you back for more thrilling adventures in the future! Warm Regards, Luxury Holidays Nepal Team

nagarkot zipline

I would give our Zip line experience a 10/10 it was so much fun, definitely recommend doing this with a group if you’re in Kathmandu!! We all loved it so much. the company we booked with though is a 7/10, they provided rides from our housing accommodation which was also so helpful, but someone from the company drove all the way out to the course and harassed us to write reviews for them even while some of my friends were still on the zip line which definitely hindered our experience .

Zipline Adventure in Nagarkot

I had originally booked the zipline in Dhulikhel, but because it was closed, I was offered the longer zipline in Nagarkot instead – what a stroke of luck! Beautiful nature, a great contrast to the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu, and lots of adrenaline. Our guide Dipesh took excellent care of me, from pick-up to return transport. The packed lunch was also very good. Highly recommended!

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience! We’re thrilled that the Nagarkot zipline exceeded your expectations and provided such a beautiful and adrenaline-filled adventure. It’s great to hear that Dipesh took excellent care of you throughout the day and that you enjoyed the packed lunch as well. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back to Nepal for more memorable experiences! Warm regards, Luxury Holidays Nepal Team

Kathmandu: Zipline Adventure in Nagarkot with Pickup & Lunch: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.

How much does Kathmandu: Zipline Adventure in Nagarkot with Pickup & Lunch cost?

+

Prices start at $80 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Kathmandu: Zipline Adventure in Nagarkot with Pickup & Lunch take?

+

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.

Is Kathmandu: Zipline Adventure in Nagarkot with Pickup & Lunch worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Kathmandu: Zipline Adventure in Nagarkot with Pickup & Lunch?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Kathmandu: Zipline Adventure in Nagarkot with Pickup & Lunch suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 4-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Kathmandu: Zipline Adventure in Nagarkot with Pickup & Lunch?

+

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Kathmandu: Zipline Adventure in Nagarkot with Pickup & Lunch start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?

+

On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour | UNESCO World Heritage sites, Classic Everest Base Camp Trek, Manaslu Circuit Trek. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kathmandu?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
