Plaza las Perlas
We will meet at "Plaza las Perlas" around 5:45 AM to depart early and avoid the rush. Complimentary coffee and pastries will be offered. You will also be given a backpack to store your belongings and to purchase any snacks for the trip. Our group will have private, comfortable transportation. We will make a stop in Felipe Carrillo Puerto for a bathroom break and to stretch our legs. This city is closer to our destination, and the travel time to this point is approximately 2 hours.

First, we will arrive at Cenote Azul in Bacalar, where you can enjoy a full breakfast, including vegetarian and vegan options. Breakfast is on us! Afterward, we'll swim in the crystal-clear waters of this ancient cenote, which is 90 meters deep. You’ll have plenty of time to relax, clear your mind, and enjoy an incredible experience. There is also an option to rent a life jacket for an additional cost.

Secondly, we will explore the magical and stunning Bacalar Lagoon by boat. You will visit three other cenotes, the Bird Island, and the Pirate Canal. There will be two stops in shallow waters so you can swim and learn about the history of this culturally rich place. Here, you will have complimentary water and seasonal fruit.

THEY DID NOT PICK ME UP or respond to my calls and messages
I have been at the pickup point from 5:25 until 6:30. It was not clear if the pickup was at 5:30 or 5:45; but regardless, I was there ahead of time. The day before I wrote to Dan to confirm that everything was fine, and he did not respond to me. This morning I called him several times, wrote to him, even viator contacted him and nothing, there is no response. I paid almost €140 for an experience which I did not enjoy.

Playa Del Carmen was a pleasant surprise
It was an incredible experience. The beach, the full trade, the travel at a fair price of ADO(bus). Restaurants and souvenir shops. You have the bridge to go to Cozumel. I had read reports of people who exchanged the Cancun resort for a more popular experience in Playa del Carmen, but it’s not just because it’s economical but because it’s energy.

Every part of the tour I loved. The organization was instrumental in enjoying and relaxing. The backpack and the accessories they provide in it are very helpful and make the day easier. The host, Daniel made a difference, it's like being a friend's day. Every activity I loved. The places we visited were wonderful. I would certainly do this experience again. Thank you!
